This light-filled, recently updated 1,100 square foot cottage features a real wood-burning fireplace, two brand new bathrooms, and a professionally designed interior. Prepare a picnic in the charming full kitchen or step outside onto the 900 square feet of outdoor living space for an afternoon cookout and to watch the wildlife scampering about. My husband and I went for a quiet extended weekend getaway. The home was so comfortable, spotless, the back porch is amazing and a nice size. The hot tub was very clean. :) We would love to return to this home in the future.

Spent 3 nights at this beautiful home! The views were amazing, such a beautiful home with a very cozy feel. Our family of 4 fit perfectly, the bunk bed setup was the ideal setup for our 7 and 9 year old (they loved the room and having a tv of their own). The master bedroom was so cool with such easy access to the hot tub and patio. Morning showers while overlooking the valley was an unexpected bonus! The patio was huge and there was plenty of seating to spread out while cooking, lounging, or hanging around the fire! The kitchen had plenty of utensils to cook and prep all of our meals. We spent thanksgiving there and the kitchen was perfect for our family! All in all this home is perfect for a getaway and such a peaceful space to enjoy time with family!

It is such a cute house in a stunning location. It is perfect for a relaxing getaway but still close enough to do activities and eat nearby. We saw deer everyday and other wildlife on the drive up, it is such a cool place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

The place is beautiful and we would stay again for sure! Things of note to those looking at this property that caught me by surprise. They require a signed, extensive agreement. The ship playhouse is cute but falling apart, I did not let my children play on it as the wood is rotting and weak. However, there are signs making it clear you are playing at your own risk. And the view is GORGEOUS.

A short birthday getaway to the Hill Country was just perfect in this house. Located on a ridge overlooking Guadalupe River, the deer walking thru the yard made it more picturesque. Everything you needed for a getaway was there. Bonus, you are just around the corner from River Road, a nice drive during off season for tubing

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The house is so beautiful and nestled on a hill that overlooks the canyon. The house also comes supplied with anything you would need for a weekend getaway and the management team is so great in responding fast and so helpful. Would absolutely love to stay here again!
