Description

An open-concept floorplan provides plenty of room in this four-bedroom two bath home. As you walk into the living room, a large sectional sofa with a built-in chaise lounge offers a comfortable place to gather. The open space of the living room, kitchen, and dining area allows everyone to interact with one another, whether you are lounging in the living room or are the chef of the group cooking up a hearty meal in the well-equipped kitchen.

At the end of the night, when bedtime calls, each bedroom is outfitted with quality bedding and comfortable mattresses for a restful night's sleep. Bedrooms 1 and 4 have king-sized beds, while bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen-sized beds. The hallway bathroom features a tub/shower combo, while the en-suite bathroom has a stand-up shower.

The theme of adorable goats is featured throughout the home. The inspiration for the name "Billie Goat Haus" comes from the mascot of Fredericksburg, which happens to be the Billy Goat. Fredericksburg is rich in "Billie Pride" and is ready to welcome you to a beautiful piece of the Hill Country!

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $135 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

The home was perfect for our weekend girls trip. The living area and dining area are spacious, which was great for our group, and we liked that the bedrooms are off set from the entertainment area. Large home and yard on a quiet street with plenty of parking. The interior was very clean and we loved all the goat pictures! We enjoyed the hot tub that was steps from the back door. The hot tub was gritty and this was communicated to the host. Other than that, everything was cozy and immaculate. Would stay again and highly recommend this home!

This house was exactly what my friends and I needed! It was a beautiful home with grear places to relax. Couch was comfy, beds were comfy, and we had plenty of room in the living area. Perfect location for visiting Fredericksburg. If we go stay in town again we will look for this house first!

This is a great place to stay! Nice and close to Main Street and was easy to find. The house itself is roomy and great for families. When we arrived the house hadn’t been totally cleaned (towels in the laundry room and couple unmade beds) so I contacted the hosts and they promptly fixed the issues. I appreciate the hosts quick response. Overall we loved the house and had a great weekend. 5/5 stars!

The Billy Goat Haus was nothing short of lovely. It was clean, very spacious and comfortable, and the decor so charming! The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed visiting in the large living room. The house had everything we needed and was close to downtown. The property managers were terrific and checked in with me throughout the process to let me know they were available if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

However the hot tub was extremely hot for children and adults. There were no instructions on how to adjust the temperature. I booked this property for the hot tub.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this adorable home. There were 8 of us and the open plan of the house and the 4 bedrooms made our experience very pleasant. The location was excellent for our stops in wine country!

Our group of 8 were super comfortable at the Billie Goat Haus. Nicely updated, the house was very clean from top to bottom. Beds were comfy, linens crisp and clean. Plenty of outlets for all the electronic devices everyone seems to have nowadays. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. I can’t comment on the tv, as we didn’t use it at all. No real complaints, but a few helpful tidbits of info. First, there is only a drip coffeemaker. It’s very nice, but we are all Keurig girls. Fortunately, I spotted this from the pictures and brought my Keurig mini. Second, the door leading in from the carport will not work with the door code you are given. Front door only. Not a big issue, but since I parked in the carport, my first thought was to use that door. Silly, but it wasn’t explicitly mentioned in our arrival instructions. Third, the trash bins are located in an alley behind the backyard. We spent a bit looking for them and hadn’t realized there was both an alley and a little handle for the gate on the backside of the fence. Management was prompt in responding to our panicked message regarding the bins. These are extremely nitpicky things, and in no way diminished our enjoyment of the property. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book this property again.

Cozi communications was excellent. I texted to see where outside trash cans were located and they responded very quickly. Easy check in and check out process. Home was in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to find a 4 bedroom home and 2 bathrooms. The living room had a very comfortable sectional couch with Netflix, Vudu and Disney available and also local live channels. Kitchen was equipped with pots and pans, coffee maker (not a keurig) , silverware and plates, etc... Just had to bring food to prepare and drinks. Overall, had a very nice weekend staying in this lovely home.
