Absolutely wonderful stay in Fredericksburg! The place was amazing from start to finish. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space had a great feel to it and made for the perfect home base while we explored the area. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was responsive and accommodating. We felt right at home the entire time. Fredericksburg itself is such a charming spot, and this rental made the trip even better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved and enjoyed our stay! We have stayed in Main Street and now we don’t mind being away from the busy areas, the drive to town is not bad Walmart is close by. The hot tub is great! Very clean and felt like home away from home.

Extremely satisfied with cleanliness and location. Room 201 bedroom window was located next to parking lot however there was zero disturbance which was a concern prior to our stay. Would surely book again.

Understanding the unit numbering and finding our unit took a couple minutes, but outside of that, the place was nearly perfect! Very clean, comfortable, all amenities and very close to all nearby attractions. We spent a long weekend here and were able to access all restaurants, downtown Fredericksburg, and all wineries very easily. It is close enough to stop in the middle of the day to freshen up and drop off shopping bags or leftovers from the local restaurants in your fridge. Great place!

Madeline, a Valentine's Day weekend in the Hill Country is hard to beat, and it sounds like the house delivered exactly the kind of getaway you were after. So glad it felt right for the occasion. Seba, a cold Hill Country weekend and a hot tub waiting for you is about as good a combination as Texas gets. Really glad that one landed the way it did. If you make it back in the spring, the evenings out here are something else when the wildflowers are up and you can still soak under the stars once the sun drops. We had an absolutely amazing time at this fantastic stay! Everyone was incredibly communicative and helpful, and they were more than ready to accommodate our needs. We were thrilled to find that the jacuzzi was new and clean, which we absolutely love! The Nest central air was perfect for accommodating the cold winter nights in Fredericksburg, as well as the cool air during the day. And the best part? It had a full kitchen with all the amenities we needed. We will DEFINITELY be back!👏🏽

Jalen, a new jacuzzi, a full kitchen stocked the way it should be, and the Nest holding steady through those cold Fredericksburg nights, sounds like the house delivered exactly what a winter Hill Country trip calls for. Coming from architects and interior designers, hearing that the aesthetic landed means a lot. We do linen inspections after every stay and we are tightening that process so the next guests start completely fresh. Come back in spring when the wildflowers are out, the property looks like a different place entirely!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. You can tell the host takes great pride in keeping everything well-maintained — from the fresh linens to the spotless bathroom. Sheridan, fresh linens and a spotless bathroom are things guests notice right away, and it means a lot that you did. That kind of clean is not an accident and we hold it to a consistent standard every single turnover. Fredericksburg is one of those towns that rewards a quiet home base, and the house sits just right for it. Cody, evenings on that back porch with the Hill Country air coming through are something guests come back for again and again, and we love hearing it hit the mark for you. Fredericksburg has a way of slowing you down if you let it, and it sounds like you did exactly that. Next time you make it out this way, ask about booking during peach season. The local stands are something else and the house makes a perfect base for the whole experience!

Amazing BnB, had a friend over who wished he had chosen the available spot next door to us. It isn’t at a location that’s walkable to the shops but it’s still a super convenient location with a 4min drive/uber to Main St. so if you have a bicycle that’s well within reason to use as an option. I will absolutely consider staying here in the future.

Nice little single bedroom house unit. Clean and worked well for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. Very close to downtown and the wineries we had planned to visit. Very easy to get to, in and out , and right behind a Walmart for last minute items. Hot tub worked great and was easy to use! Only quarrel is the units are connected so back patio/hot tub didn't feel as private as we would have liked and the bright hallway lights outside attracted so many bugs that getting in and out at night was a little bothersome but I'm a big boy and dealt with it. Other than that, great and reasonably priced.
