Understanding the unit numbering and finding our unit took a couple minutes, but outside of that, the place was nearly perfect! Very clean, comfortable, all amenities and very close to all nearby attractions. We spent a long weekend here and were able to access all restaurants, downtown Fredericksburg, and all wineries very easily. It is close enough to stop in the middle of the day to freshen up and drop off shopping bags or leftovers from the local restaurants in your fridge. Great place!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this fantastic stay! Everyone was incredibly communicative and helpful, and they were more than ready to accommodate our needs. We were thrilled to find that the jacuzzi was new and clean, which we absolutely love! The Nest central air was perfect for accommodating the cold winter nights in Fredericksburg, as well as the cool air during the day. And the best part? It had a full kitchen with all the amenities we needed. We will DEFINITELY be back!👏🏽

We had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. You can tell the host takes great pride in keeping everything well-maintained — from the fresh linens to the spotless bathroom. The location was perfect for enjoying Fredericksburg, but still peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was easy and quick, and check-in was simple. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy getaway!

Amazing BnB, had a friend over who wished he had chosen the available spot next door to us. It isn’t at a location that’s walkable to the shops but it’s still a super convenient location with a 4min drive/uber to Main St. so if you have a bicycle that’s well within reason to use as an option. I will absolutely consider staying here in the future.

Nice little single bedroom house unit. Clean and worked well for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. Very close to downtown and the wineries we had planned to visit. Very easy to get to, in and out , and right behind a Walmart for last minute items. Hot tub worked great and was easy to use! Only quarrel is the units are connected so back patio/hot tub didn't feel as private as we would have liked and the bright hallway lights outside attracted so many bugs that getting in and out at night was a little bothersome but I'm a big boy and dealt with it. Other than that, great and reasonably priced.
