Down the hallway you can feel the fun funky vibe from the designs on the wall and the leopard print carpet leading you to each of the bedrooms and baths. As you walk into the living room the “Funky Fred” selfie wall will catch your eye and will be your group's favorite spot to capture memories that you will treasure forever. Step into the kitchen which is well equipped with everything you will need to cook up a meal or a few snacks for everyone to enjoy. As the sun comes up the sunroom with its oversized windows is the perfect place to gather with morning coffee and plan where to start your fun day of exploring Fredericksburg. Once you get back to the house after a long enjoyable day on the town, grab a glass of wine and head out to the hot tub under the pergola in the backyard and soak up the night sky, you will have plenty of privacy as the yard backs up to a wet weather creek. Blue Succulent Haus is going to be your go to spot when you come and visit Fredericksburg over and over again!

Abigail, eight people spread out comfortably is exactly what we hoped that layout would do, so hearing it worked is good news. Clean matters to us too, and the crew that turns this house over takes real pride in it. Glad the photos undersold it rather than the other way around. Next time you come with the whole group, take an evening at the fire pit out on the resort grounds after dinner. It is the best seat in the place once the sun drops behind the hills, and there is usually room for all eight of you. This was a great spot for a weekend getaway from Austin for two young families. Kids loved the bunk beds, hot tub and games room ☺️ great location just 5 minutes from town and had all the amenities you would need. Super clean and lots of towels and extras. The place was very cute for a bachelorette group. The hot tub was great and the garage game room was nice! The only suggestion I have is adding more towels and adding a daybed. We had 9 people and we did not fit comfortably. I believe it would only fit 7- 8 people comfortably. With stating availability for 10, 2 people would have to sleep in a full bed, and 3 people in each of the 2 king beds, with 2 available twin beds for 2 people.Anonymous - Posted: 3/28/2026

The two bathrooms making life easier for a group your size, that tracks every time. One thing worth knowing for your next visit: the bunk in the back bedroom has been pulled and replaced, and both rear doors now have new hardware with working locks. I loved my stay. Nice house. It was straightforward as far as what they wanted you to do before you check out and simple check in instructions. The only annoying thing which is just me knit picking is I would have liked to receive less notifications. I received 8 messages total for a two night stay. 3 messages to remind me of the trip reservation, 1 checked to see how check in was, 2 check out reminders and 2 asking for reviews. Only recommendation is to have more mirrors! This place was great for my best friends bachelorette party. It was the perfect location, but there was limited space for all of us to get ready.
