As you walk into the living room the “Funky Fred” selfie wall will catch your eye and will be your group's favorite spot to capture memories that you will treasure forever. Step into the kitchen which is well equipped with everything you will need to cook up a meal or a few snacks for everyone to enjoy. As the sun comes up the sunroom with its oversized windows is the perfect place to gather with morning coffee and plan where to start your fun day of exploring Fredericksburg. Once you get back to the house after a long enjoyable day on the town, grab a glass of wine and head out to the hot tub under the pergola in the backyard and soak up the night sky, you will have plenty of privacy as the yard backs up to a wet weather creek. This was a great spot for a weekend getaway from Austin for two young families. Kids loved the bunk beds, hot tub and games room ☺️ great location just 5 minutes from town and had all the amenities you would need. Super clean and lots of towels and extras. Host was great to communicate and I would recommend!

This place was absolutely PERFECT for our much needed girls trip. It had everything we needed and the interior design was fabulous!! We had zero complaints. Don’t hesitate to book! It was spotless and the pictures don’t do it justice! The beds were very comfortable and had great quality linens/pillows. Thank yall so much for letting us stay at your place.

My group had a great time here! From a night in to exploring the area, it was a great spot. The house is so cute, and the backyard area was lovely. Hosts were responsive and provided great information about the place and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend!

It was very inviting very clean looked like the pictures. It was a girls trip. We enjoyed our stay. I love the hot tub. The only thing we wish they had some lights at around the hot tub, but we will definitely be back and recommend.

The place was very cute for a bachelorette group. The hot tub was great and the garage game room was nice! The only suggestion I have is adding more towels and adding a daybed. We had 9 people and we did not fit comfortably. I believe it would only fit 7- 8 people comfortably. With stating availability for 10, 2 people would have to sleep in a full bed, and 3 people in each of the 2 king beds, with 2 available twin beds for 2 people.

This house is great for hosting bachelorette weekend. The only thing was we were expecting hosting supplies like cleaning wipes and serving utensils and other important thing we didn’t think to bring due to the expectation of the house having it.

Had a great time! The location was great so close to main st. which is really close to the downtown. The space was great for five of us. Two bathrooms was a bonus as well as all the beds. We enjoyed the outdoor chimney.

I loved my stay. Nice house. It was straightforward as far as what they wanted you to do before you check out and simple check in instructions. The only annoying thing which is just me knit picking is I would have liked to receive less notifications. I received 8 messages total for a two night stay. 3 messages to remind me of the trip reservation, 1 checked to see how check in was, 2 check out reminders and 2 asking for reviews. Other than that it truly was a wonderful house.

Only recommendation is to have more mirrors! This place was great for my best friends bachelorette party. It was the perfect location, but there was limited space for all of us to get ready. I think the addition of extra get ready space would make it perfect. Still a 5 star experience.

We had to find a replacement air bnb less than a week from our planned trip. and we saw this, it was perfect. me and my friends had personal space but the set up let us gather and socialize. house was prestine. hot tub was perfect for the 4 of us. our only complaint is we didn't stay longer. great get away
