Amazing 10/10 experience. My wife and I felt safe and at peace. Communication was perfect and our host was impressively responsive and always available. One touch I appreciated was the guest book they provided so that each guest can write about their stay and list places that stood out to them (Good or Bad). I would highly recommend this host and home to anyone who is visiting Fredericksburg, TX (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️).

Victor, not wanting to leave is about the highest compliment a Hill Country house can earn. Glad the stay delivered that feeling for you and your group. Luis, having Main Street that close really does change a Fredericksburg trip, and it sounds like you made the most of it. The wineries, the shops, the food, all of it walkable or a short drive from the house. Come back in the spring when the wildflowers are out along the corridor and the whole Hill Country opens up in a different way. Glad everything ran smoothly for you and hope we get to host you again!

Next time you're out this way, try to time your visit around the wildflower season in spring. Overall, had an amazing stay at this location. 5/5 in terms of amenities and cleanliness. One thing I wished was the advance notice regarding the fire ban in the county.

Haruya, glad the amenities and cleanliness hit the mark for you. You are right that the county fire ban should have reached you before you packed, not after you arrived. We now check the burn ban status the morning of every arrival and put it directly in the pre arrival text, along with what is still allowed, since the propane fire pits and the grills stay open even when open flame is restricted. Come back when the ban lifts and the stars are out, the sky over the property in the fall is worth the drive on its own. As a returning guest you will always have 10% off your next stay with us. We had a wonderful stay at this cute, newly renovated two-bedroom, one-bath Airbnb. Everything was spotless and worked perfectly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the hot tub was clean and relaxing. The location was perfect. It’s only about four minutes from Main Street, close to all the shops, restaurants, and in-town wineries, yet far enough to be peaceful. The larger wineries and vineyards were about 15–20 minutes away, and Enchanted Rock was also around 20 minutes from the property. Just a small note: the yard has natural prickly sticker balls, so avoid walking barefoot. It’s nothing the host can control, just part of the landscape. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it. Five stars!

Rebecca, four minutes from Main Street and still quiet enough to actually unwind is a combination we worked hard to get right at the house, so it means a lot to hear it landed exactly that way for you. The hot tub and the renovated interior get a lot of love, but honestly the location is the thing guests keep coming back for. Next time you visit, the bigger Hill Country vineyards at that 15 to 20 minute mark are even better in the spring when the wildflowers are out. We would love to have you back for that.

What a nice place to stay at in Fredericksburg! It was quiet and cozy and still close to downtown. The beds were comfortable and the entire house was very welcoming and cozy. I highly recommend staying here while visiting this lovely town!

Stephanie, quiet and cozy in the Hill Country with easy access to downtown Fredericksburg is exactly what the house is here for. Glad the beds delivered too, because a good night's sleep after a full day of wine tasting and Main Street wandering makes the whole trip. Whenever you come back to town, the property is yours again, and if you have not done a weekday stay yet, the neighborhood settles into an even deeper quiet that is genuinely hard to beat.

Angelica, a quick Hill Country getaway is sometimes exactly what you need, and it sounds like this one delivered. That soaking tub will be waiting for you on the next trip, and a slower weekend here is the perfect excuse to finally use it. Glad the house was easy to settle into and that it felt like a good fit. Next time you're out this way, come during bluebonnet season if you can manage it, the Hill Country around here is a different world in the spring and the house makes a great base for exploring it!
