The Cactus Flower Lodge is a cozy two-bedroom, 2-bath getaway featuring a full kitchen and warm, rustic charm. The downstairs bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the spacious upstairs loft includes another queen bed, two twin beds, and there is a convenient workspace downstairs—ideal for remote work or journaling your Hill Country adventures.
Just steps away, the Cactus Flower Treehouse invites couples or solo travelers to unwind in a romantic studio-style hideaway. With a plush king bed, full kitchen, and a bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, it’s the perfect blend of comfort and charm.
Enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee on the porch, swing beneath the trees, or gather around the firepit in the evening as deer and other wildlife wander nearby. Tucked away in the serene Hill Country landscape, you’re just a scenic 20-minute drive from the boutiques and tasting rooms of downtown Fredericksburg, the live music and charm of Luckenbach, and the famed 290 Wine Trail.
Whether you're sipping local wine under the stars or savoring the stillness of nature, Cactus Flower is the perfect base for your next Hill Country escape.

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $115 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-This unit will allow 2 dogs with a max weight limit of 50 lb combined.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

-Wood for the fire pit is not provided.

This was the perfect spot for our family Christmas trip! It was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everywhere we wanted to go - Fredricksburg, Johnson City, Lost Maples State Park. The Treehouse was great for our grown children to have some space to themselves. Great amenities and the host was great at answering any questions we had. We will definitely book this again!

Kelly, a family Christmas in the Hill Country with grown kids who still want to be together but need a little room to breathe, that is a trip worth repeating. Glad the Treehouse gave everyone their own space while keeping the whole group under one roof. Lost Maples this time of year is stunning, and it sounds like you timed it just right. When you come back, spring wildflower season around Fredericksburg and Johnson City is something else entirely. We will be ready for you!

The cactus flower & cactus treehouse was the perfect stay. We enjoyed the peaceful view and waking up to livestock as neighbors. We came for a peaceful getaway and there was more than enough room for the 7 of us. Would stay again.

Cindy, waking up to livestock out the window is one of those Hill Country moments you just can't manufacture, and it sounds like the house delivered exactly that for all seven of you. A peaceful getaway with room to spread out and a view worth rising early for, that's what this property is built for. When you come back, spring is something else out here, the cactus blooms are worth planning a trip around!

Ana, seven people under one roof and everyone had their own space, including a couple who got the treehouse to themselves. That is exactly what this property is built for. Bring the whole crew back when the bluebonnets are out in spring, the Hill Country puts on a show that your family will not forget.

Cozy inviting county home with comfortable beds, the outside deck was very relaxing prefect place to have a glass a wine and just listen to the sounds of nature not to me tion the star glazing was awesome!

Noe, a glass of wine on that deck with the night sky doing its thing is exactly what the house was meant for, so I'm glad you got it. You were right about the master shower, the pressure was low and the temperature swung hot to cold with nothing in between. A plumber is replacing the mixing valve and showerhead this month. Your chalkboard idea was a good one, so the wifi name and password now hang in the kitchen where you can actually see them. Come back in the fall when the deck cools off early and the stars come out sooner. You are a returning guest now, which means 10% off your next stay with us.
