This property was stunning for so many reasons. The views were breathtaking and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and items for cooking. We cooked all of our meals and even used the bbq grill on the patio one night. The beds are the most comfortable beds we’d all ever slept in. The house was easy to find, instructions were clear, and the decor was lovely. Home was very clean and comfortable. We saw several deer in the neighborhood and a couple foxes! Our river float on the Comal was only a 25 minute scenic drive from the property which was nice. Only drawbacks were the keurig didn’t work and we couldn’t find the remotes for the bedroom tvs, but there was a coffee pot that was also available and didn’t care much about the tvs anyway so we were all set. If you are a family with young kids I’d recommend you bring some games and toys because there weren’t any on the property that we could find. We did bring our own games though so again, we were prepared. The host kept us informed from start to finish with check in and check out instructions which is always helpful. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town! The views alone make this place a gem, but the comfort and spacious home were a big plus!

This home was pristine with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! The only mishap was an awesome outdoor kitchen with an amazing view on the 2nd level and no propane😟 Would highly recommend this home!!

We stayed over spring break and had a wonderful, peaceful stay. It’s about a 12-minute drive to grocery stores and fast food restaurants. From the patio, you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset views. The living room has lots of board games, and the garage is equipped with ring toss and a ping pong table.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay! We had a great experience here over Thanksgiving week. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was well-stocked, the space was cozy for family time, and the location was perfect. Our kids had so much fun feeding the deer and playing ping pong in the garage. Host communication was excellent. We’d definitely stay again!

We loved the property! Great location and great house. The mattresses were outstanding and commented on by all guests. The two areas that could use improvement are the master bedroom sheets were dirty when we arrived. There were several areas that had hair in between the top and bottom sheet. The other area would be the cooking utensils. Other than that, no complaints, an awesome place and an awesome stay. Thank you!
