The main house (Casa Blanca) features two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom offers a plush king bed, while the second bedroom includes two cozy queen beds—ideal for families or groups of friends. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up meals or enjoy a local takeout spread with ease.
Just steps away, the converted garage has been transformed into two stylish king suites, (Rojo and Tejas) offering additional privacy and comfort for guests seeking a little more space.
Step outside to enjoy the thoughtfully designed outdoor space. A covered patio provides shaded seating with tables, chairs, an outdoor TV, and games to keep everyone entertained. For ultimate relaxation, the deck features a swim spa, perfect for soaking or light exercise, as well as a dining table with an umbrella—ideal for alfresco meals and evening conversations under the stars.

This is an amazing property With a lovely outdoor living space. We enjoyed sitting outside watching tv or using the Swim spa. Our only complaint is that the kitchen isn't stocked like we would have expected . However , we would definitely stay there again and just bring what need for cooking ❤️

This was a great place to stay. We all thought it was very cute, and decorated very well. The two bedrooms that are outside of the house were amazing. If you want to get your sleep without any housemates bothering you, this is the place. The location is good, but there is a cut through one house over that is a must if you’re walking to main. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I got the suites outside.

One of the best Airbnb stays we have ever had. We will be looking to book this one again on our next trip. This was a trip for 4 couples. Everyone had their own space. All rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor space! It was perfect for morning coffee, watching the game at night, playing cards, and we even got in the hot tub. It was cleaned for us when we got there…it was so nice! We also loved that we could walk to downtown. So splitting up and heading home as we liked was no big deal at all. Saved on uber fees! Seriously just a great stay!!

The accommodations and location was perfect for the weekend getaway with a large group of friends. Easy to get to. Close to Main st. Bathrooms were really nice. Lots of thoughtfulness and time was put into this home. Would definitely use again!

Great spot for a group stay! The location is super convenient to all the bars and restaurants! The space itself is awesome- really well decorated and nicely furnished! Super comfortable and spacious. There was a bit of a snafu with check-in but the host responded right away and was great to work with. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful home! The house is spacious, immaculate with plenty of room for the whole family to relax. The backyard is perfect for spending time outdoors. Our family really enjoyed the swim spa! .Location is great, just mins away from everything. Cozi Hill Country Luxury's was super responsive and attentive through our stay. Highly recommend.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cozi Hill Country Luxury listing together with my four guests! The property was immaculately clean, comfortable, noiseless and the location was perfect for exploring the city of Fredericksburg. We appreciate all the amenities and the thoughtful touches throughout the house for our comfortable stay. The communication with the Cozi Hill Country Luxury team was excellent and they were very responsive to my questions at check in time.
