This charming cabin has a studio-style layout featuring a king-size bed, cozy sofa, and a small kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee pot. You will find a spacious walk-in shower and rustic vanity in the bathroom to make getting ready for your day a breeze.

Relax in the porch’s rocking chairs as you soak in the beauty of nature and abundant wildlife, greet the sunrise or sunset, and later gaze up at the stars in the night sky. You can also access a fire pit shared with Mesquite Cabin, so grab the marshmallows and make some new friends.

Please Note: There are three cabins on this five-acre property:
Rocky Ridge Cabin
Mesquite and Cedar (duplex with a shared wall).

-Cedar cabin does have WIFI; however it may be spotty at times.

- You may notice a sulfur-like odor at times due to the property's septic system.

Wonderful value stay only about 20 mins from Fredericksburg! Would come again. Great place to see the stars! I will note though (and this is not the fault of the owners) we could clearly hear very loud ….sounds….from the neighboring cabin at around 9pm (not the people in the shared cabin, the one on the other side of the fire pit).

My partner and I wanted a quiet, peaceful & secluded stay. We couldn't have picked a more perfect place. Top five things on our MUST HAVE list: Peaceful, Porch, Hot-tub, secluded & a fire pit. We HIT THE JACKPOT HERE! I'd read the reviews & reached out to the host with some questions/concerns & they responded immediately. They've rectified issues others had. When we arrived, the code to enter the home didn't work, but I made a quick call to the host, they answered, stayed on the phone with me to make sure all was well. That whole process took maybe 5 minutes. We loved the gas grill on the porch and the hot tub. A humming bird joined us during our soak. We were 20 minutes from Downtown Fredricksburg (Some great shops & tasty restaurants there) & about 10-15 minutes from Enchanted Rock (breathtaking views) The drive to town and back to this cabin is SPECTACULAR! You see why it's called Hill Country! We LOVED this property so much & look forward to our next stay here.

We escaped to Fredricksburg for our anniversary and this cabin was perfect! The night sky is amazing...no city lights and all the stars.

We had a great time in this cabin. We were definitely in a secluded spot and saw a bunch of wildlife. My wife enjoyed the deer the most. This place was very clean and had a true back woods feel to it. Even at night we could see an amazing view of the stars and listening to the coyotes howl. It was great and we will be back.

Very quiet secluded area for adult time. Very very clean!! Easy to find. Perfect for peace and quiet just the sounds of nature and nature itself. On a side note, kitchen May need a little more space. Other then that, very well satisfying!!
