Booked another property but was informed the AC was broken. They graciously offered this home to us. We accepted. The home was on acreages and extremely peaceful. We loved it. Unfortunately we were only able to enjoy it for one day due to a family emergency we needed to rush back home for. Hopefully we can rent this same property in a few months if they’ll have us.

The Charming Farmhouse was fantastic for our family of five get away! We immediately felt at home and absolutely loved the location. Close enough to the hustle and bustle that only a very short ride was required yet far enough away that allowed for you to detach from it all! We will definitely be back for another stay soon.

Jennifer, a family of five finding that sweet spot between Hill Country peace and easy access to town is exactly what the house is designed for. That balance you described, close enough to everything but far enough to actually exhale, is what keeps guests coming back season after season. We have updated the amenity listing to reflect the washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, corrected the WiFi credentials, and the gate mechanism is being serviced this week. Glad you made yourselves at home, and next time you visit in the bluebonnet season you will want to set aside a morning for it.

Gabriel, peaceful surroundings in the Hill Country are something we work hard to protect, so hearing the house delivered that feeling means a lot. There is something about this part of Texas that gets under your skin, and a place that actually feels like home makes it easier to slow down and take it all in. Come back when the wildflowers are running, usually spring, and the property hits a whole different level!

This place was BEAUTIFUL. So clean and very peaceful surroundings. It was a last minute book for us and they were very helpful with this. My husband and I enjoyed our time here so much. It was really much bigger than we needed but with the last minute booking we were so pleased to get it. I will definitely be making a girls trip here with my ladies group.

Jackson, a ten out of ten and a "would stay again" from someone who kept their cards close means a lot. Next time you're out this way, ask about the houses that back up to the canyon edge. The Hill Country looks different from up there, especially at dusk, and it has a way of turning a good trip into a great one. Hope to see you back soon!
