L’Airbnb si trova in una posizione comoda rispetto a Fredericksburg, con un parcheggio gratuito a disposizione. L’appartamento è un monolocale moderno e molto pulito, completamente attrezzato per cucinare. L’unica nota dolente riguarda il servizio di check-in della struttura, si è obbligati a farla su un sito esterno e si viene obbligati a dare un deposito di 1000 $ (che ci sono stati restituiti 5 giorni dopo il check out) oppure a pagare ulteriori 55 $ non rimborsabili come assicurazione per eventuali danni. Ho trovato questo metodo esterno rispetto Airbnb coercitivo nei confronti dell’ospite.

Gabriele, a modern studio that is clean, fully equipped for cooking, and easy to park at makes for a genuinely practical base near Fredericksburg. The check-in process is something we continue to refine, and your feedback on that is noted. The location and the space itself are ready whenever you find yourself back this way.

Sarah, ten minutes from Main Street is exactly the sweet spot we were after when we picked this spot, close enough for dinner and shopping, far enough that you actually hear the quiet at night. Glad the directions and the keyless entry made getting in painless. Next time you come, take the back roads out toward the wineries in the late afternoon and come home for the sunset from the porch. That is the part guests tend to remember most. We would be glad to have you back at the house any time. You are a returning guest now, which means 10% off your next stay with us. I found this home to be exactly as it was listed. It was very welcoming and clean. It's a great place that feels secluded for peaceful relaxation, yet not far from town.

Communication before was far above expected. Very prompt communication. Very clean and cozy cottage. Love that a washer and dryer is available for use. Very clear instructions. $1000 hold seems excessive and I did not want to pay a $50 non refundable “damage waiver”. Would stay here again.

Isaiah, right in the sweet spot between Fredericksburg and the wine road is exactly where we want our guests to land. The Hill Country has over fifty tasting rooms within a short drive of the house, so if you barely scratched the surface this trip, there is a real reason to come back. Next time, work your way out toward the Pedernales corridor and you will find some smaller family vineyards that the crowds have not caught up with yet. Hope to have you back out here soon!

This place was awesome. Wish we could’ve stayed more than one night. Clean and comfortable. Had a little trouble checking in with the codes at panel but called the help line and was inside in less than 5 minutes. Would stay here again.
