Description

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen is outfitted with all the essentials for cooking, plus two barstools at the counter for casual dining. A cozy living area with a small sofa invites you to unwind with a glass of local wine after a day of exploring.

The bedroom features a plush king bed for a restful night’s sleep, and the bathroom includes a sleek walk-in shower for added comfort.

Step outside to your private back patio, where you can fire up the charcoal grill for a relaxed evening meal, then slip into your own private hot tub and soak under the stars. While there are other casitas on the property, there are no shared amenities—so you can enjoy your getaway at your own pace, in your own space.

Perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a quiet, modern retreat close to everything Fredericksburg has to offer. Please note there is another casita on the property but each unit has it's own entrance and does not share amenities. Owners live on-site.

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $75 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

***The owner does have pets that live on the property. If you are bringing a pet you must keep them inside the fenced area in the back of the casita.

Deidre, a couples getaway is exactly what that house was built for, and I'm glad the weekend landed the way you hoped. You shouldn't have had to go buy a fan. The AC units are being serviced and rebalanced now, and ceiling and floor fans are going into the bedrooms and living area before the next heat run. On the hot tub, we're setting up guest access to the temperature control so you can drop it down or shut the heater off entirely in summer. Perfect stay for our little getaway. So close to town we didn’t have to drive too far for anything. Everything was perfect. Hot tub was the best lol. Will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend for a couple.

The Hill Country setting does a lot of the work, but knowing the house felt clean and ready when you arrived means everything to us. Come back when the wildflowers are up in spring. The Hill Country sets a pretty hard backdrop to compete with, and the house holds its own right alongside it. The Hill Country summers are no joke, so knowing the system is dialed in matters. I booked this stay for me and my husband and we both had a very pleasant experience! The Cosy Casita was perfectly clean it looked brand new, and we really enjoyed being able to use the kitchen which had everything we needed (including coffee)! Biggest pro is it was only a 5 minute drive from Main Street and the hot tub was a nice plus. Overall I highly recommend booking here!

This was a great getaway together for our anniversary. The location is close to town and for us, to Enchanted Rock where we like to hike. The place is very new, modern and has everything you need for a stay. The hot tub is one of the main reasons we booked and no issues with this at all.

Justin, an anniversary trip out to Enchanted Rock is hard to beat, and it sounds like the house gave you exactly the base camp you needed for it. That hot tub earns its place for good reason, especially after a day on the granite. Really glad the modern setup checked every box for you both. If you ever want to time a return visit around the bluebonnets in spring, the hike out there takes on a whole different feel and the house will be here waiting when you do!

Camden, a second trip back is the kind of thing we notice and genuinely appreciate. The Hill Country has a way of pulling people back, and knowing the house earned a return visit from you means a lot. Beautiful place! Extremely clean and neat! It has everything that you can think of! From a wine opener, clothes steamer to full size shampoo and body wash! Bed was super comfortable. When we arrived, the hot tub was warm and ready! Very peaceful place and with a great view! Will definitely be coming back and will highly recommend it to friends and family! Thank you!

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary in Fredericksburg. This property was beautiful! Great views and right down the street from HEB! There was construction on new units during our stay, but not enough noise to disturb us. My only negative is the position of the unit we were in (#2). There is a privacy fence, but because the unit it built up and the yard slopes, you can see into the next unit's backyard and the construction workers have full view of the patio where the jacuzzi is located. The owners live on property and their home is also built up a little higher than the units. Because of that, you can see right onto the patio area of the backyard. Not a deal breaker, but can make some uncomfortable. I stepped out onto the back patio topless, and the workers were able to see me. So although the fence provides seclusion and keeps wildlife out, it doesn't really provide "privcay". But again, not a deal breaker, so I will stay again!
