What a wonderful little house! We loved every bit of it! Immaculately clean and top quality in every way! We did not walk to Main Street….but most people could easily walk. We had the absolute best time staying in this home for our girls’ trip. Both bedrooms were very comfortable, and it was great to have two nice bathrooms. The main living room was cozy with comfortable couches and a large TV; each couch had a throw to cozy up with. There is a smaller living room at the back of the house that is also very nice. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed for our three day visit. The location is very close to Main Street and there is a really nice coffee shop and restaurant on a corner just down the street. Kitchen was good for small group, dinning room had a good table for cards or games, living room was great for comfortable TV watching. Only issue we had was unavailability of early check in when we arrived 1.5 hours early. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious! It is perfect for a short or extended stay for two couples, offering several options inside the house, front porch and back patio to eat, drink and relax. We especially loved being able to walk to Main Street in under 5 minutes and enjoyed all the shops, restaurants and Christmas parade! My Mom and I stayed here during Thanksgiving while visiting family nearby. The house was spotless, had comfy towels and beds and we had plenty of space! Plenty of dishes, counter space and there were cozy blankets placed throughout the home. We had to turn the heat on for two nights and had no issues. This house was perfect for our overnight stay. Just off Main street and walkable to great restaurants and shopping. The only thing I was unhappy with was booking with a 3rd party. This was our 47th year of our yearly sister get together. This was not our first time to go to Fredericksburg, but our first vrbo. It was everything and more than the review stated. The 4 of us kept saying "I love this house"! It had everything we needed. It was so clean and looked like a new house on the inside. The only problem we had was the parking. It is perfect for smaller cars. We had a truck and it was a little difficult to maneuver the driveway and the large tree. It was no problem after the first day. The house smelled "new" upon first entering, there was music playing on the tv's and we felt right at home sitting out on the front porch. The house is very cozy and centrally located.
