FIRST AND FOREMOST the interior design, AMAZING! LOVED every corner of this house! Very private yet very close to Main Street. Spotless clean, beds were sooo comfy! Would recommend to everyone, definitely coming back!

Nestled just blocks off main street, this place feels private and immersed in nature, while being only steps away from great restaurants and shopping. The location truly can't be beat! The house itself has been redone in a truly lovely way, with beautiful fixtures and amenities. We encountered a couple minor issues with the wi-fi and shower, and the hosts were extremely responsive and friendly in trying to help troubleshoot. Will definitely book this place again on a future visit to Fredericksburg!

This Airbnb was more charming than expected. Cute older house that has been fully and artfully remodeled. Comfy space that a friend and I used to have a full weekend in of reading. Thoroughly enjoyed the space and spent most of our time there. Note: kitchen is well stocked with nicer pans, etc.

This was the perfect spot for my girlfriends and I to have a fun weekend away. Less than 5 min walking distance to Main Street and very close to a number of good restaurants! The house was very clean and the finishings in the bathroom and kitchen were beautiful. Beds were comfy, while the living room furniture was chosen more for the aesthetics than for lounging. Plenty of towels were provided as well as household amenities. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but the view of the creek and the privacy it offers were so serene. To my surprise, I caught a doe and buck grazing in the yard when walking down to admire the view in the early evening!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was the perfect size for my wife and I. We appreciated that it was an easy walk to downtown. The only drawback was the first night we were awakened by what sounded like something trying to get in the house. It turns out that in the corner of the house, directly under the back bedroom window, critters have dug an entrance to get under the house. As they move under the siding it makes a disconcerting noise. We moved to the front bedroom and didn't notice the noise again. We also noticed that critters have a similar tunnel under the front left corner of the house. The home is adjacent to the stream, with a beautiful outdoor sitting area, so it is no surprise that critters are looking for nearby shelter.
