We stayed here for 5 days with our kids and our grandkids and had a wonderful time! The space was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It was centrally located so we were close to Main street and grocery shops. We would definitely stay here again. I picked this place for a reunion of friends. There were seven of us and one of the things that I liked was a kitchen table with five chairs, and then a counter in the kitchen with two stools, so there would be placed for all seven of us to sit. When I arrived, our host had actually placed seven chair chairs at the table. It was such an amazingly thoughtful gesture. One of our number made his famous lasagna and we were all able to sit down together. The property itself was fabulous. The hot tub was hot and the pool a little on the cold side since it was May, but some of my friends still went in. The backyard was a wonderful place to sit in the morning and drink, coffee and chat. This was the PERFECT Mother’s Day getaway. From the pool and hot tub to the spacious layout, every little detail made this stay feel so relaxing and special. This home was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Each room had a comfortable king bed and a bathroom close to each room. We had a bit of an issue with check in as the email sent to my email (not through the VRBO app) went to spam, but they responded quickly. The home was clean and had many extras-towels, games, and a fantastic backyard. The kitchen was a bit sparse but fine for our needs. We did have an issue with the exhaust fan over the oven. The smoke alarm went off because the fan seemed to not be working properly, but it’ll be a funny story to remember our trip. Was planning on enjoying a long holiday weekend with our adult children and their wedding dates in this roomy 3 bed/3 bath house, but unfortunately there only ended up being 4 of us. We didn’t spend much time at the house at all, but would love to come back and try again to take advantage of the cozy backyard. We loved every bit of our stay here! We had 6 guests and plenty of room. The location was great, the house was perfect, and there were plenty of amenities available (from qtips and makeup removing wipes to kitchen supplies to extra TP and paper towels). We planned a girls weekend in Fredericksburg and had an absolute perfect stay here! I have planned several trips to Fredericksburg and stayed several places but this house was my favorite! We had plenty of space and it was very nice that each room had a king size bed! The location was also great. We were able to walk to main to get coffee in the morning. Lovely outdoor space and 3 comfortable king rooms. Only 2 of the 3 baths are en-suite, the third is down the hall. Not truly walking distance, but a quick 5 min drive to Main Street. Would definitely rent again!ann b. - Posted: 3/29/2021

This is a beautiful home. It was 6 ladies and we all had enough space to get dress, cook, relax and enjoy each others company without feeling overcrowded. This home was absolutely perfect! We arrived at the home, the property manager was just leaving. He was so wonderful to fill us in on everything about the house. It was exactly as described on website. The beds were all very comfortable, great air conditioning, kitchen was fully equipped. The house was very clean! Excellent location for a weekend getaway to the Hill Country of TX. Though COVID-19 shut down some of our activities, this place did not disappoint. Comfortable beds, extra towels for the hot tub, wood for the outdoor fire pit, 2 A/C units for the back and front of the home, plenty of room to unwind and relax from the day of wine tasting and walking the town. Loved this property. We had a group of 3 couples and this place was large enough and then some.
