Excellent location for a weekend getaway to the Hill Country of TX. Though COVID-19 shut down some of our activities, this place did not disappoint. Comfortable beds, extra towels for the hot tub, wood for the outdoor fire pit, 2 A/C units for the back and front of the home, plenty of room to unwind and relax from the day of wine tasting and walking the town. This house exceeded my expectations. Very clean and comfortable. The hot tub and backyard provided a great space to hangout. I would recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker if you like music outside. We planned a girls weekend in Fredericksburg and had an absolute perfect stay here! I have planned several trips to Fredericksburg and stayed several places but this house was my favorite! We had plenty of space and it was very nice that each room had a king size bed! The location was also great. We were able to walk to main to get coffee in the morning. This home was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Each room had a comfortable king bed and a bathroom close to each room. We had a bit of an issue with check in as the email sent to my email (not through the VRBO app) went to spam, but they responded quickly. The home was clean and had many extras-towels, games, and a fantastic backyard. The kitchen was a bit sparse but fine for our needs. We did have an issue with the exhaust fan over the oven. The smoke alarm went off because the fan seemed to not be working properly, but it’ll be a funny story to remember our trip.
