We had a great stay! The place was wonderful, with all rooms detached and private, which gave everyone plenty of space. The additional game room was a big hit, and the firepit area was perfect for making s’mores and spending quality time together as a family. Everyone had a great time playing board games and celebrating the holidays. We’d absolutely stay here again.

This beautiful Canyon Lake home was great for our five-family annual Thanksgiving gathering. The house had private and quiet bedrooms for everyone with several gathering spaces inside with the main and downstairs living areas and outdoors as well. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and grill area for several meals in addition to the indoor dining area where all of us sat together at the same table for Thanksgiving! The indoor living area was perfect for gameday football (or movies) and the adjacent seating area kept us together while playing board games. There is so much to do in the area and nearby, especially this time of year. Friday evening we enjoyed two drive-through Christmas light shows and the whole family was in awe of the well-planned displays. Thanks much for your hospitality!

This place was perfect for 15 women to do a little retreat. There was plenty of parking (we had at least 10 cars there) and it was easy to find. I didn't realize that ALL of the bedrooms were detached from the main house, but honestly it ended up being perfect for us. There is a main living area upstairs and a smaller one downstairs. There was TONS of outdoor seating. The hot tub/fire pit side was amazing and the area with the swings was so cute. The other side had two large tables for outdoor meals and an outdoor living area with a fireplace and grill. We loved the deck that overlooked the river and did yoga in the mornings in that spot. The host is responsive and friendly. All the beds and furniture were very comfy. So many positive things about this place!

What a beautiful place to stay on the Guadalupe River. The house had so many lovely gathering spots inside and out. Perfect for large groups. The bedrooms each have doors only accessible from the outside which worked beautifully. Although if it had been raining that might have been an issue, but the weather was perfect so it actually made each bedroom very private and quiet. Plus they had the most incredible darkening shades so it made sleeping in so easy. Highly recommend.

Amazing property and well accommodates a large group. The layout is wonderful common areas for visiting and eating, but with private retreats for in suite rooms. We will definitely return to this property.

Nice place, wish there were more cups and dishes in the game room kitchen. Trash is up a long hill. Lots of bugs but once it was cleared out it was fine. More wash clothes, kitchen towels, better paper towels and towel paper. The river was beautiful and the outdoor space was perfect. One room smelled like mold but there were enough beds to move around. All the pillows were very large and not for sleeping. There were no small bed pillows, everyone used the smallest decorative pillows to sleep . Very uncomfortable. Those are just little suggestion for a 6k for the weekend.

Everything was amazing with the house. The property could have been mowed and cleaned a little. Hot tub needs to be checked and regulated before new tenants arrive. Overall great house and location. We would definitely rent again.

We had a great time at Canyon Lake! We enjoy floating the River. The property was clean and easily accommodated our group of 14 people. Management was quick to respond when repairs were needed. We hope to stay again!

This place was amazing. We attended a wedding at the Preserve. This place was close, suitable for three family with kids, separate rooms off the main entertaining space. Kids loved the hot tub.Would definitely rent again.
