This thoughtfully appointed 2-bedroom, 1-bath suite comfortably sleeps up to four guests. Inside, you'll find a cozy sitting area for relaxing, a full kitchen equipped for preparing meals, and two welcoming bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen. The bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combo to help you start your day with ease.

With designated off-street parking for one vehicle, you can leave your car behind and enjoy everything downtown Fredericksburg has to offer on foot. Whether you're planning a weekend escape or an extended stay, the Fountain Suite combines unbeatable location, inviting comfort, and classic Hill Country charm.

This suite is located on the second floor and requires a flight of stairs to access; therefore, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $95.00 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

Very cute and cozy! Just make sure you bring ear plugs because the noise from the street travels up to the bedroom windows. We aren't big drinkers so we're in bed fairly early but it's a popular area for people to drink and be outside late at night. Overall, wonderful stay!

Rebecca, a 10 out of 10 from someone who kept it short and sweet means a lot. The Hill Country has a way of doing the talking on its own, and we are glad the house and its spot delivered. Come back when the wildflowers are up in spring, it is a different property entirely when the fields around the resort come alive.

Amy, being steps from Main Street is the whole point of that house, and it sounds like you and your sister made the most of every bit of it. Hill Country wine country and good food with someone you love is a hard combination to beat. When you come back, look into a reservation at one of the tasting rooms just off the strip that does small bites alongside their pours. A perfect pairing for another sisters' trip!

We had a great stay in this convenient Main St spot! The apartment was well appointed, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It's in a great location that's walkable to many shops, restaurants, and bars. You can hear some noise from Main St (late night patrons and church bells) but that was expected, and there was a white noise machine provided. Overall we would recommend this as a great place to stay for a fun weekend in Fredericksburg!
