We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean, quiet, and close to downtown. We would recommend it for anyone wanting to spend a few days in Fredericksburg.

The stay was quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was great and unlike a hotel we could use it when we wanted. Kitchen was well stocked. Very relaxing.

Wonderful stay! This place is exactly as described. Very clean and cozy, with everything we needed. The location was perfect, only a few minutes from town. Backyard was private and peaceful with clean amenities. Our host was great, they provided plenty of information after booking and was very consistent throughout check in, making sure everything was smooth. They sent a nice and helpful reminder message for check out. We would stay again on our next visit.

Amber, being a short drive from Main Street and still having your own private space in the Hill Country is a combination that is hard to beat, and we are glad the house delivered that for you. Next time you are out this way, ask us about the best timing to catch the wildflowers along the surrounding area. Spring in this part of Texas is something else entirely!

My mom and I had a wonderful girls trip! The Airbnb was cute and comfortable. The hot tub was incredibly clean and a perfect spot to relax at night. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for a home cooked meal. We had something come up during the stay and needed assistance and we were taken care of so well. They went above and beyond to make it right! We will be back

Virginia, a girls trip with your mom and a hot tub to yourselves at night sounds like the right kind of reset. Glad the kitchen gave you room to cook and that when something came up mid-stay, the house came through for you. That moment matters more to us than almost anything else. On the cleanliness side, we have since tightened our interior prep checklist specifically around cabinets and soft furnishings, so the next guests walk in to exactly the standard the hot tub already sets. Come back and let that porch do its thing again!

Raymond, being that close to Fredericksburg's main strip is one of the best things about that house, and it sounds like you made the most of it. Wineries, restaurants, the Saturday market on the square, all of it walkable or a short drive with no wasted time getting there. Glad the stay delivered from start to finish. Next time you're out this way, late spring wildflower season around the Hill Country is something else entirely, and the house is just as good a base for it. Hope to have you back!

Alyssa, a couples weekend in the Hill Country is hard to beat, and it sounds like the house delivered exactly what you were after. Short trips like that are our favorite kind to host because every hour counts and you came back with a full tank. Whenever you are ready for round two, spring wildflower season out here is something else entirely, and the property hits different when the bluebonnets are going. Hope to have you back soon!

Zachary, being that close to Main Street while still having a private place to come back to is exactly the sweet spot we aim for out here. Glad the location clicked for you and your wife, and that you could get to the wineries without burning half your day in the car. The Hill Country wine trail keeps growing, so there is always a new tasting room to work through next time you make the trip back.

Fred’s Joint is about 5 minutes from Main Street and there’s a Walmart nearby. The building sits far back enough from the road that you feel secluded. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub too! I didn’t take away any stars because this was out of the owner’s control - but the unit next door and across from us both had dogs that were constantly barking. I reported it and the owner asked the tenants to calm their dogs but the barking continued the entire time we were there. It would have been a really peaceful stay had it been quiet.

Geneva, a hot tub soak with your husband after a day on Main Street is exactly what that house is built for, and it means a lot that the space itself delivered. The dog noise from neighboring units is genuinely frustrating, and while it falls outside what I can directly control, I have updated our pet policy communications so every guest arriving with a dog receives a clear reminder about quiet hours and courtesy to neighbors. When you and your husband are ready for another Hill Country trip, the hot tub will be waiting and I hope it is a whole lot quieter out there!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The place is exactly like the pictures, immaculate and the backyard even had a gate that opens into a green patch for the dog. I believe this would only be for the dog friendly one. The hot tub was an icing on the cake at night after a long day of drinking wine at the wineries. The condo is located close to Main Street and downtown. There is also a Walmart next to it and a starbucks 5 mins away. We’ll be back here with friends.

The property was lovely. After our stay, I'm not sure I ever want to stay in a hotel again. Loved the fact it's on the 1st floor, no elevator to wait for, just to take Cosmo for a walk. The reason for our stay, it was our 30th anniversary and the condo was the perfect place to stay. Next time I will wait for warmer weather, just a tad warmer. We enjoyed our stay. Would defiantly stay here again.

The stay was incredible! The property was new, but it had a warmth to it when you walked in. Having the private hot tub was an awesome experience too. We ended up cooking while we were there, and we had everything we needed. We ended up at the wrong location at first, however Julio, customer service, was thorough and patient as we figured everything out. The maintenance gentleman was also very pleasant and was helpful as well. We'll most likely stay at another Cozi property when we return in the future!

Kaitlyn, that moment you walked in and felt the warmth of a brand-new place that already had soul in it is exactly what we were going for with that house. Cooking your own meals with a full kitchen and unwinding in a private hot tub is the Hill Country pace we love seeing guests settle into.
