Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-70lb weight limit and two dogs max allowed.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

Quick and easy stay! The hot tub was a nice touch

Wonderful stay! This place is exactly as described. Very clean and cozy, with everything we needed. The location was perfect, only a few minutes from town. Backyard was private and peaceful with clean amenities. Our host was great, they provided plenty of information after booking and was very consistent throughout check in, making sure everything was smooth. They sent a nice and helpful reminder message for check out. We would stay again on our next visit.

My mom and I had a wonderful girls trip! The Airbnb was cute and comfortable. The hot tub was incredibly clean and a perfect spot to relax at night. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for a home cooked meal. We had something come up during the stay and needed assistance and we were taken care of so well. They went above and beyond to make it right! We will be back

Fred’s Joint is about 5 minutes from Main Street and there’s a Walmart nearby. The building sits far back enough from the road that you feel secluded. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub too! I didn’t take away any stars because this was out of the owner’s control - but the unit next door and across from us both had dogs that were constantly barking. I reported it and the owner asked the tenants to calm their dogs but the barking continued the entire time we were there. It would have been a really peaceful stay had it been quiet.

The stay was incredible! The property was new, but it had a warmth to it when you walked in. Having the private hot tub was an awesome experience too. We ended up cooking while we were there, and we had everything we needed. We ended up at the wrong location at first, however Julio, customer service, was thorough and patient as we figured everything out. The maintenance gentleman was also very pleasant and was helpful as well. We'll most likely stay at another Cozi property when we return in the future!

The property was lovely. After our stay, I'm not sure I ever want to stay in a hotel again. Loved the fact it's on the 1st floor, no elevator to wait for, just to take Cosmo for a walk. The reason for our stay, it was our 30th anniversary and the condo was the perfect place to stay. Next time I will wait for warmer weather, just a tad warmer. We enjoyed our stay. Would defiantly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The place is exactly like the pictures, immaculate and the backyard even had a gate that opens into a green patch for the dog. I believe this would only be for the dog friendly one. The hot tub was an icing on the cake at night after a long day of drinking wine at the wineries. The condo is located close to Main Street and downtown. There is also a Walmart next to it and a starbucks 5 mins away. We’ll be back here with friends.
