We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $115 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

Pictures and descriptions were spot on. Perfect for a peaceful getaway with girlfriends. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful stay here. Upon arrival there were deers on our back porch area and cows the next. The hot tub was much enjoyed on the chili nights. The host was very responsive to our questions and request. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

This is an amazing place for a great getaway from the city. There are cows and deers in your back yard. The location is secluded and about 25 minutes from downtown. Very impressive hot tub size.

Excellent getaway spot. This is about a 25 minute drive from Fredericksburg. So if you’re looking for something scenic with peace & quiet, this is the place. LOTS of deer and a great place to watch the stars and sunrise. I recommend this if you want to be away from it all. Everything was as described in the listing. We had a very nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay and had no issues whatsoever. The house was super clean and the host was very responsive whenever I messaged them. Like the other reviews have said, far enough out of town but still a quick to and from the main strip of town. We saw many deer around the house if you love nature watching. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this location and we loved it. It is close enough to Fredericksburg to make it an easy drive, but far enough outside for peace and quiet, with almost no light pollution of the night sky. The house is perfectly set up with a great kitchen and very comfortable living room, bedroom and bathroom.

I walked in to a very welcoming home. It’s as beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable which means a lot considering most are not. The staff was on top of any problems at all. What little problems we had. And they were little problems. We had scorpions in the house which as soon as we told them about it, they were there fixing it. We found out from the locals, it is a possibility because it’s in the country, and we are secluded. We just had to make sure we shook everything out, and we didn’t walk barefoot in the cabin after we learned about them. After they treated the outside we didn’t have anymore problems, but I wanted to make sure others who stay there know, they are a possibility. That was absolutely the only other problem we had. And we were scared being from Northern Illinois. But we were taken care of every step of the way. No one was stung, and the only other cute critters we had in the back yard were cows, deer, and a cute lizard. We had a cow sleeping on the patio.

Yes the hot tub was hot enough. We appreciated that there were both pods for the dish washer and the washing machine. The beds were comfortable, the HVAC system worked well, and the unit was easy to access.

The property was amazing, we had a great time. We sat out by the fire pit and had a calm night with pit turned on. We enjoyed the hot tub of relaxation and we enjoyed that it was so quite out here. No one bothered us. We were 20 mins into town and did wine tours, shopping and attended a concert. Over all we had a great friends trip . They kept us updated with all the check in check out process, thank you . The home was beautiful and very clean.

Wonderful stay at this secluded romantic home. Perfect way to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We especially enjoyed waking up to our view of deer and cattle every morning. Wonderful times.

We stayed in this house because my son was getting engaged in Fredericksburg this past weekend. It was a fabulous place to stay. A bit out in the middle of nowhere, but we found it easily. Very clean and tidy. I just wish we could have stayed longer. :)

What little problems we had. And they were little problems. We had scorpions in the house which as soon as we told them about it, they were there fixing it. We found out from the locals, it is a possibility because it’s in the country, and we are secluded. We just had to make sure we shook everything out, and we didn’t walk barefoot in the cabin after we learned about them. After they treated the outside we didn’t have anymore problems, but I wanted to make sure others who stay there know, they are a possibility. That was absolutely the only other problem we had. And we were scared being from Northern Illinois. But we were taken care of every step of the way. No one was stung, and the only other cute critters we had in the back yard were cows, deer, and a cute lizard. We had a cow sleeping on the patio.
