The West Suite features a plush king bed and a cozy single daybed, ideal for a small family or a girlfriends’ getaway (sleeps up to 3). Its private ensuite bathroom includes a two-person Jacuzzi tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of Hill Country adventures.

The East Suite offers a serene retreat with a king bed and a private bathroom featuring both a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, providing options for ultimate relaxation. Together, the two suites comfortably sleep up to 5 guests.

Guests also enjoy access to the home’s downstairs parlor and living room, offering elegant shared spaces for lounging or sipping wine after a day out. Take in the sights and sounds of town from the covered front porch, complete with classic rocking chairs, and enjoy the peaceful, welcoming atmosphere of this unique in-town retreat.

Please note: The friendly owners live onsite in the back part of the home and are happy to offer local tips while respecting your privacy throughout your stay.

Patricia, "great experience" and a perfect ten is about the best thing we can read on a Monday morning, so thank you for taking the minute to write it. The house is one we are proud of, and knowing it did right by you tells us the little things are landing. Next time you are out this way, get down to the river early, before about nine, when the water is still glassy and the deer come through the cedar along the bank. It is the quietest hour on the property and most folks sleep through it. Come see us again. Our returning guests always get 10% off, so that is yours the next time you book with us. Walking distance to Main Street. East Suite was romantic room with oversized jacuzzi bath

Michelle, that East Suite jacuzzi is something special, and hearing it hit the mark for a romantic stay makes our day. The walk to Main Street is one of those details that sounds small until you realize you can stroll back from dinner without worrying about a car. Next time you visit, ask about the Hill Country wineries within easy reach of the house. Several are just a short drive and pair perfectly with another evening in that suite.
