Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared spaces, including a bright and airy parlor with a wood-burning fireplace, a living room filled with elegant period antiques, and a covered front porch with classic rocking chairs. With the owners living on-site, you'll enjoy a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout your stay.

This home offers two bedroom suites for rent, each with its own private entrance and bathroom. Only the main entrance, downstairs living room, and parlor are shared between guests.

Please note: The friendly owners live in the back part of the home and are happy to offer local tips while respecting your privacy throughout your stay.

This place was excellent. Walkable to Main Street and close to all the fun places. The room was beautiful and cozy. Love staying here and would recommend to others planing to stay in Fredricksburg.

The rooms were spacious and there were plenty of places to store items out of the way. Lots of antique pieces and we enjoyed having the day before to relax on. There were plenty electrical outlets for charging devices. The only negative to our stay there was no microwave.

Jack, those antique pieces are ones guests either walk right past or stop and really take in, so it means a lot that you settled in and appreciated them. The spacious layout and all those outlets make a difference when you are actually living in a place for a few days rather than just sleeping there. On the microwave, that is a fair point and we are adding one to the house. When you come back out to the Hill Country, the back porch at golden hour is worth planning an evening around.
