It is truly a gem with stunning water views and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone! The main floor has a spacious kitchen, living, and dining area that is generously equipped to handle gatherings with your friends and family. There are six televisions throughout the home and plenty of other amenities to entertain you. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need to dine in or entertain: indoor & outdoor dishes, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses, and all the appliances you will need to cook. There is no need to bring anything when you stay at this home.

The home has three bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms sleeping eight comfortably. The spacious bedrooms offer the latest in mattresses and bedding, offering optimal comfort and a comfy night's sleep, especially after a long day exploring and enjoying the lake. In addition to the three bedrooms upstairs, there is a game room perfect for kids and teenagers! In the game room you’ll find a large screen tv, an assortment of games and a comfortable sofa that pulls out to sleep two.

When you are ready to enjoy the outdoors – you will have plenty to choose from! If you are feeling active you can take the two person kayak out on the lake, play ping pong or play one of several other outdoor games you have access to. When you are ready to relax, there are three outdoor living spaces – depending on your mood, you can choose to relax in the hammock, watch the sunset from the fire table or take in the sun in the lounge chairs on the upper deck! Entertaining outdoors is easy with the BBQ grill, outdoor dining area and an outdoor TV.

This home was built in 2020 and has all the amenities you could ask for! Other features include a laundry area, plenty of parking and generously furnishings throughout the home.

Jordan, glad the house gave your family room to spread out, that is exactly what we hoped it would do for a group. Answering questions quickly is the part of this job we actually enjoy, so thank you for saying so. Next time you are out this way, come in the cooler months and take the family down the trails at the resort early in the morning, the Hill Country looks completely different before the day heats up. Great place to stay!! The house is beautiful and super clean. They have everything you need to feel at home. The backyard is nice and can watch the sunset from the top deck. Their bbq grill actually works and we used it the whole time we were there. It’s very peaceful and quiet, and deers just roam around like nothing, it’s awesome. Will definitely recommend 100%. The only complaint I have is they didn’t give us the keys for the boat 😂. Just kidding, the house is great and would love to stay there again when we visit the area. This is a great house to stay in Horseshoe Bay. Felt safe and very spacious and clean. Pictures were very accurate and would stay here again.

Sadie, a house that actually matches its photos is something we work hard to deliver, and hearing that the pictures lined up with what you walked into means a lot. Spacious, clean, and easy from check-in to checkout, that is exactly what a Horseshoe Bay getaway should feel like. Beautiful house with everything we needed for Thanksgiving weekend! I have never stayed at a better stocked home than this one. Plenty of linens and the kitchen was great! We felt right at home!

Barry, a fully stocked kitchen pulling off Thanksgiving for a houseful of people is exactly what that house is built for, and it sounds like it delivered. Those linens and cookware get restocked and checked after every stay specifically so nobody has to improvise on a holiday weekend. Glad your crew felt at home, because that is the whole point. If you find yourselves back in the Hill Country when the bluebonnets are up in spring, the property hits different with that scenery surrounding it!

Had a great time. Very nice house. Rained a lot but can’t help that. Only significant issue is the boat landing is very shallow. A bit of a challenge launching boats. Other than that, no complaints
