Curl up on the couch and enjoy the warmth and glow of the electric fireplace while watching your favorite movie or show. Or, if you’re in the mood to socialize, the open floor plan is ideal for entertaining family and friends.
Entering the bright and cheery kitchen, you are drawn to the classic white cabinets with transparent glass doors that make finding glassware and plates a breeze. There is also plenty of countertop space and all stainless steel appliances. If you choose to dine in during your stay, the farmhouse-style dining table seats up to six comfortably.
Classic french doors off the living room lead into the first bedroom; there is no need to worry about privacy as there are curtains you may close on the inside doors. The second bedroom is just down the hall; as you enter this bedroom, a warm-hearted quote adorns the wall in memory of the owner's father. In the hallway between these two bedrooms is a bathroom with a large spacious walk-in shower. The third bedroom is on the other side of the house, right off the kitchen. This bedroom features a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Comfortable king beds, luxury linens, and unique lighting fixtures create ambiance in each bedroom.

You are right about the fans, so we are stocking floor fans in the closets at the house, enough for a full group, not just one. Johanna, a peaceful house for the whole group in a quiet neighborhood is exactly what that corner of the Hill Country is good for. Three minutes to Main Street is a short hop, and the drive back after a big dinner out is never a bad thing. We have added extra fans to the house so nights stay comfortable no matter the season. We did a weekend girls’ trip for my sister’s bachelorette and stayed at this cute home! It has great proximity to Main with a fully stocked kitchen. The property was really cute and exactly as listed. The only issue we had was with the primary bath's shower not getting hot water. The second bathroom had no issue with hot water. The property is very lovely. Just like the photos! The house is clean and comfortable - beds and all! Great place if you want to just hang out when you’re not out enjoying the town. The house was immaculate when we arrived. Such an easy check in and check out process. We highly recommend bookings with Cozi for that reason. Even though it was just my husband and I this visit, the house was set up beautifully for 3 couples. Everything was updated and stocked with kitchen essentials. This property was a joy to stay in. The house was very nicely renovated and the owner thought of everything to have on hand. Don’t want to spend too much money going out to eat during your stay? No problem, the kitchen has you covered. The bathrooms are beautiful and the linens are nice too. Their is a king size bed in each room, so no fighting over which couple gets the bigger bed. The electric fireplace and wall mounted TV in the living room makes it feel like home when you want a night in to snuggle on the sofa for a movie. If you have to have bedroom ceiling fans and/or tv, you may be a little disappointed, but the ambiance of the rooms makes up for it and the heat/air works well. The jacuzzi was nice too, enough room for the whole family. The property is a little off the beaten path of town, but you can still make the walk to Main St. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this place to anyone who is very picky, like us!!Rob and Julie A. - Posted: 12/23/2023

The Hill Country has a way of making everything feel a little slower and a little better, and we love that it delivered for you. Come back when the wildflowers are up in spring, the property sits right in the middle of some of the prettiest color in the whole region and it is worth every mile of the drive out here.Stay Texas staff
