Description

Each of the three bedrooms has king-size beds with luxuriously comfortable bedding to ensure a rejuvenating night's sleep, and each has its own TV. The bathrooms both have spacious walk-in showers with beautiful decorative tile.

Soothing mint green cabinetry with black accents and a butcher block countertop adorns the farmhouse-style kitchen. While Fredericksburg offers fantastic cuisine, the kitchen is well-equipped to make a delicious meal if you prefer to dine in during your stay.

The outdoor area is terrific for relaxing after a day on the town; open a bottle of Texas Wine, soak in the hot tub or take in the night sky gathered around the fire pit.

This property's unique benefit is its peaceful hill country location, but please note that Wi-Fi may be spotty. However, guests can still enjoy the Dish Network premium package for a great TV viewing experience.

Coco Casita is located on the same property. Book both homes to accommodate a group of up to eight guests. Hermes Ranch House sleeps six, and Coco Casita sleeps 2.

Our stay at the Hermes Ranch House was wonderful! The home was spotless upon arrival, comfortable, and well-stocked with plenty of amenities. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Everything worked perfectly and matched the photos from the listing. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was easy, and the location was perfect for what I needed. Very comfortable and homie. Lots of personal touches like coffees, teas, etc. Plenty of towels and linens. Amazing beds and the walk in showers are great as well!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still felt semi-private and peaceful. The home was cozy and welcoming, with plenty of space for our family of four to spread out and relax.
