The home is much larger than it looks the the photos. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. My parents enjoyed the primary bedroom wing while my husband and I had complete privacy in the guest bedroom wing. The home is decorated beautifully with plenty to look at and enjoy. The outdoor area is huge and includes a large patio for gatherings. We spent two nights watching the Perseid meteor shower and enjoying the cool night breezes. We do wish the skies were a little bit darker, but the proximity to Fredericksburg was so convenient. We were very pleased with our stay.

The house is very comfortable and perfectly set up for a family gathering. The kitchen is large and had all the appliances and utensils we needed. There’s a beautiful large dining room for group meals and games. The decks and porches are wonderful.

Beautiful location! Private area about 10 minutes from town. The house was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We especially loved the big deck and outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again.

I would stay here again and again! Just enough of a drive to get out of town, but such an awesome place we couldn't wait to get back. We saw deer multiple times a day from the front and back. The home was just that - a home. It was THE cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. You literally feel like you're at your Grandmother's house and just feel the world slip away and peace take its place here. Sort of like you're just house sitting for them. Beds were all comfortable, pillows were great, throw blankets available, TONS of kitchen tools. As a travel advisor I would put my clients here without hesitation.

Those deer are out there every single day, and it sounds like they showed up and did their job perfectly. The team takes real pride in how that home is kept, and hearing "cleanest rental I've ever stayed in" means everything. Come back in the spring when the wildflowers are running and the Hill Country is at its most ridiculous. You already know the house will be ready for you!

The home is right outside of town and is so peaceful and serene. The home is beautiful and well maintained. Back yard area was perfect in the evenings to unwind and enjoy a morning coffee. Very spacious and comfortable!!! We will definitely book this home every time we travel to Fredericksburg🥰

Misti, that backyard in the evenings is exactly what this property was built for, and hearing that you found your quiet there means everything. The house sits in a sweet spot, close enough to town to make a quick run for kolaches in the morning but far enough out that you can actually hear yourself think. Fredericksburg keeps pulling people back, and we are glad this is the place you land when it does. Next visit, if the wildflowers are up, that back porch at sunrise is worth setting an alarm for!

Lorenzo, a birthday weekend with the crew in the Hill Country is hard to beat, and it sounds like your wife found her floor plan while she was at it. That might be the best kind of souvenir. Glad the house delivered for the occasion. When you come back, if the bluebonnets are anywhere on your radar, spring out here is something else entirely and the house hits different when the landscape is doing its thing. My girlfriends and I were so lucky find this gem!! It was the perfect home for us, it was so cozy, spacious, beautiful and clean. We enjoy the dining area, big spacious kitchen to sit, chat and enjoy some wine. We had a great evening playing games, chatting and just chilling!! We are already planning our next trip and certainly will be booking again!! We love Fredericksburg and now your beautiful home!

Maggie, a girlfriends' trip built around wine, games, and that big kitchen table is exactly what the house is made for. Knowing you all settled right in and made it your own is the best thing we can hear. Pest control visits are already on a tighter rotation out at the property, so those closets will be in much better shape for your next stay. Fredericksburg has a new batch of tasting rooms that opened along the west end of town this year, and they would be a perfect add to round two!
