Jordon, a brand-new house and a host who picks up the phone quickly made for exactly the kind of stay we aim for every time. Glad it all came together for you. When you come back, ask about the properties along the river side of the resort. The Hill Country is gorgeous in every season, and there is always something worth coming back for.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The moment we arrived and walked in, the place looked exactly like the photos, and had everything mentioned in the description. It was the perfect size for 2 people to stay a few days, and was convenient for going to the wineries, or for going to Main St. Our stay was peaceful and quiet, and we were able to relax and decompress.

Liz, hearing that you two spent a few quiet days decompressing between winery runs and Main St is exactly what that house is for. You should not have found old grounds molding in the single serve filter, and that filter is now a named line item on the departure inspection rather than a general kitchen check. Your point about the parking area is a fair one too, and we are putting lighting in out there so the walk from the car is not a guessing game after dark. Come back in spring, when the wildflowers along the back roads to the wineries are worth the slow drive. Come back and see us and your next stay is 10% off, as it is for all our returning guests. Jarett, five minutes to Main Street and a 10 out of 10 says it all. That location is one of the things we're most proud of about this house, close enough to get into town without any of the noise when you're ready to wind down. Next time you're out this way, come during the shoulder season when the wildflowers are up and the crowds thin out. Main Street has a completely different feel on a quiet weekday morning.

Claudia, a ten out of ten from someone who took the time to share honest private notes too means a lot. The shower pressure has already been corrected, and the sofa arm is being repaired this week. Those are the kinds of quiet details that matter in a house you want to feel completely at home in, and they should have been right from the start. Hill Country wildflower season is coming up fast, and this property sits in a beautiful spot for it. Hope we see you back for that!

Sitting in the middle of it all, with the creeks and the cedar and the limestone ridges right outside, really does change how a trip feels. Glad it landed right for you. Gabriela, that walk to Main Street is one of the things we love most about this house, and it sounds like you made the most of it. Knowing you are already planning a return trip means a lot. Next time you are out this way, ask us about the best time of year to catch the wildflowers along the route into town.
