This stunning and freshly remodeled home is nestled right on a hilltop overlooking breathtaking canyons and views. It is only 2 miles from the heart of downtown Fredericksburg. This luxury retreat oasis sits on 4 beautiful acres and boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms have a luxurious and cozy king beds, and 1 has two luxurious and cozy queen beds. You'll love the open concept living room with stunning views, exceptional indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a new kitchen with brand new appliances, 75 Inch TV and surround sound system by Polk premium audio, and a pool table, making this home perfect for entertaining and socializing for large groups and families. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine and whiskey glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in.

Furthermore, the outdoor space is ideal for gatherings and boasts an 8-seater hot tub, 10-seater dining table, propane gas grill, and 12-seater outdoor firepit area. For those staying longer, a washer and dryer are available. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles privately. We hope your stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible; toiletries and other items are available if forgotten.

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $155 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

This place is fantastic! Amazing location, quiet, with everything we needed. The house is immaculate and has amazing views. Very close to town. Our hosts were responsive and welcoming. We would stay here again.

We booked for a girls trip. Had plenty of space for everyone with ample rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Downtown is 5 min away. I would highly recommend this location.

This is a great house! It was clean and cozy. The views are incredible. We spent most of the time by the pool and bbqing. A very short drive into Freddyburg so it was a very convenient location too. Night before checkin a storm blew through and knocked over and broke the pool area umbrella. We emailed to let them know and they scheduled someone to come over and change it out. Communication was superb. Very helpful and prompt. We WILL stay at this house again!

Really loved staying here. Location and outdoor pool was the main draw. We spent evenings in the pool overlooking the gorgeous sunset. The pool table and games inside kept us busy for tons of family fun time. We also used the kitchen which had all the accoutrements to make our meals at home. We were a short 5 minute drive from the Fredericksburg historic district. We also took advantage of the short 25 min drive to Enchanted Rock for hiking. Thoroughly loved this property and the very responsive management team. Outstanding stay.

The communications with Cozi team were great. Loved the layout of the house. Great view from porch and pool area.Beds have firm mattresses. So, if you prefer softer mattresses, you migh need to bring your own topper.Would definitely book this place again
