This stunning and freshly remodeled home is nestled right on a hilltop overlooking breathtaking canyons and views. It is only 2 miles from the heart of downtown Fredericksburg. This luxury retreat oasis sits on 4 beautiful acres and boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms have a luxurious and cozy king beds, and 1 has two luxurious and cozy queen beds. You'll love the open concept living room with stunning views, exceptional indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a new kitchen with brand new appliances, 75 Inch TV and surround sound system by Polk premium audio, and a pool table, making this home perfect for entertaining and socializing for large groups and families. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine and whiskey glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in.

Furthermore, the outdoor space is ideal for gatherings and boasts an 8-seater hot tub, 10-seater dining table, propane gas grill, and 12-seater outdoor firepit area. For those staying longer, a washer and dryer are available. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles privately. We hope your stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible; toiletries and other items are available if forgotten.

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $155 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

Exactly like the pictures. Overall great experience. The pool was surprisingly cool considering the time of year, the kitchen is decently stocked, and great communal spaces. Only complaint would be the shower in the primary bedroom would not put out hot water and the pool pump system was on constantly and very loud next to the fire pit and patio so it was difficult to enjoy being in those areas.

Paisley, a cool pool in Hill Country heat is worth bragging about, so I'm glad that one landed. You're right on both counts, though. The primary shower not producing hot water is a real problem, and a plumber has since replaced the mixing valve and rebalanced the water heater for that side of the house. The pool pump is being moved to a timer that shuts it down through the evening, and we're adding a sound enclosure around the equipment pad so the fire pit and patio stay quiet. Come back and enjoy a full evening out there the way it was meant to be. Whenever you are ready for the next trip, 10% off is waiting for you as a returning guest. We had an amazing stay in Fredericksburg! The house was absolutely beautiful—spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. It was the perfect blend of comfort and charm, with plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was fantastic, close enough to enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer while still feeling peaceful and private. Tracie, those views get people every time, and it sounds like they hit just right for your stay. Quiet mornings with the Hill Country stretched out in front of you and a short drive into town when you wanted it, that is the combination we built this property around. So glad the house felt clean and ready and that we could be there when you needed us. Come back in the spring when the wildflowers are out along that ridge. This is a great house! It was clean and cozy. The views are incredible. We spent most of the time by the pool and bbqing. A very short drive into Freddyburg so it was a very convenient location too. Night before checkin a storm blew through and knocked over and broke the pool area umbrella. We emailed to let them know and they scheduled someone to come over and change it out. Communication was superb. Very helpful and prompt. We WILL stay at this house again!

Really loved staying here. Location and outdoor pool was the main draw. We spent evenings in the pool overlooking the gorgeous sunset. The pool table and games inside kept us busy for tons of family fun time. We also used the kitchen which had all the accoutrements to make our meals at home. We were a short 5 minute drive from the Fredericksburg historic district. We also took advantage of the short 25 min drive to Enchanted Rock for hiking. Thoroughly loved this property and the very responsive management team. Outstanding stay.
