This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home sits in the heart of Texas Hill Country, surrounded by vineyards and open landscape just off the 290 Wine Trail. It's designed for groups who want comfort, space, and that effortless Hill Country ease.
Inside, two separate living areas give everyone room to spread out — one group can be watching the game while another catches up over wine. The kitchen is the heart of the home: granite countertops, a large center island with barstools, and everything you need to cook a full meal or set up an impressive spread for the group.
Sleeping arrangements are set up for a mix of guests:

Bedroom 1 — King bed
Bedroom 2 — King bed
Bedroom 3 — Queen bed
Bedroom 4 — Two bunk beds (perfect for kids or younger guests)

Step outside to the covered back deck with a full dining setup and lounge seating — your spot for morning coffee and evening wine. When the sun goes down, gather around the backyard firepit for s'mores, stories, and a sky full of stars.
Getting around is easy. You're 15 minutes from Johnson City, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg, and about an hour from both Austin and San Antonio. Dozens of acclaimed wineries — including Pedernales Cellars, Becker Vineyards, and Duchman Family Winery — are within a short drive.

Great home with a great layout. Lots of room and stocked with condiments and cooking equipment, coffee and coffee maker, shower and soap amenities. The entrance to the property is non-descript—so you may miss it at first. Highly recommend in the wine country! Great communication with Stay Texas and very responsive.

Alexandra, great communication matters more than most guests realize, and knowing that landed well for you means a lot. The Hill Country has a way of getting under your skin, and a house like this one is better the second time around when you already know the lay of the land. Come back in bluebonnet season if you get the chance. The whole resort takes on a different feel and it is something worth planning a trip around.
