We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again! The home was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the beds were especially comfortable. The pool area was very inviting, with plenty of seating for everyone to gather and unwind. The hosts were also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything, which made the experience even better. Our family had a fantastic time, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We look forward to returning!

David, hearing that the whole family gathered around the pool and that everyone slept well is exactly what we hope for from that house. Thanks for the private notes as well. The knocking living room ceiling fan is being pulled and replaced, the pool light timer is getting rewired so it runs on a set schedule after dark, and new curtain panels and a proper rod for the upstairs living area are on order. Come back in the fall when the evenings cool off. That backyard is at its best with the pool lit and the grill going. Had a guys weekend and the house was perfect. Minutes from the Marina if you are looking to rent a boat or in need a of access to a slip. The pool was a great add on. Worked perfect for our plans to spend a day in the pool and another day at the lake. Place comes with both a gas grill and a charcoal grill. Patio is perfect to bbq and eat outside. Beds and sofa bed were perfect. One room had bunk beds so you can stuff the snorers in there! Highly recommend this place.

Denis, a pool day followed by a lake day with both a gas and charcoal grill ready for evening cookouts sounds like a guys weekend done right. The Marina being minutes away is one of those details that opens up the whole trip. Glad it all came together.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El lugar es increíblemente tranquilo, perfecto para desconectarse y relajarse por completo. Las vistas al Lake Travis son simplemente espectaculares, especialmente al amanecer y al atardecer, realmente hacen que la experiencia sea única. Anthony, a great stay that ends with "would stay again" is exactly what we aim for out here in the Hill Country. Glad the house delivered for you and hope we get the chance to host you again. Next time you come through, ask us about the best local spots for a float down the river or a cold one at a nearby winery. There is a lot more of this corner of Texas worth exploring, and having a comfortable home base makes all the difference.

Ralph, clean and exactly as described is exactly what we aim for, and it means a lot to hear check-in and check-out felt smooth from start to finish. The house is one we're genuinely proud of, and guests who find it comfortable and easy to settle into are the ones we love hearing from. Hill Country has a way of pulling people back, and when you're ready to return, the wildflower season out here in spring is something worth timing a trip around.

Das Haus ist schön, aber nicht mehr ganz neu und nicht ganz sauber. Die Lage war für uns als Familie perfekt, da die Umgebung sehr ruhig ist. Es kommen sogar Rehe zum Zaun des Grundstücks, die man füttern kann. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß und man hat bis zum Nachmittag Sonne. Leider gibt es keinen Sonnenschirm oder einen sonstigen schattigen Platz am Pool. Im Sommer wäre das wünschenswert gewesen. Bei Fragen oder sonstigen Anliegen wird immer sofort reagiert. So war die Küchenausstattung leider nicht vollständig, es wurde nach unserem Hinweis jedoch sofort etwas vorbeigebracht.

Nicolaus, deer at the fence is one of those Hill Country moments that you just cannot plan for, and we love that your family got to experience it. Your notes on the pool furniture and the cabinet interiors are fair, and we have already pulled the rusted pool chairs and ordered replacements, with a shade umbrella going in poolside before the next booking. The kitchen inventory has been audited and restocked. We are glad our response time worked for you when things came up, and that big sunny pool will be waiting whenever you are ready to bring the family back.

We wanted a relaxing quiet place to celebrate birthdays and found this place and thought it would be great especially since there is a pool and Texas is a scorcher in the summer. The house is in a great location to get away from the hustle and bustle. It’s about 30 mins from the closest Austin neighborhood of Cedar Park. The house is nice but could use a little TLC. When we arrived the pool was not ready for use and the previous renters had left some trash on the grounds. I contacted the management company about the pool and they were quick to respond and sent pool maintenance out to fix the issue which was corrected and we were able to enjoy the pool for the rest of the stay. The house is in a community with a nicely appointed gym which was great to have access to during the vacation. There could be more seating in the living area as it was a little cramped for 4 people. However, if you plan to spend most of your time outside it shouldn’t be an issue. The lake was low but that was to be expected and we didn’t plan on a lot of lake time anyway with the pool on the property. Overall we appreciated the responsiveness of the management company and the location and amenities and would stay here again in the future.

We went with another family for Spring Break to get away for a bit. The house was comfortable and clean, pool was great. Loved that there was a well-appointment gym a short walk away to which we had access. Everything we needed was a short drive away, and there were great activities within an hour's drive

We all enjoyed our stay at Point Venture! Beautiful drive through the hills (unexpected surprise) to a beautiful house - that was exactly as pictured! The welcoming committee consisted of several deer (unexpected surprise) that we saw throughout our stay. A part of Texas that none of us had experienced - a beautiful setting! One thing to be aware of... all of the sites we wanted to see were quite a drive away (as were grocery stores). Take supplies with you - and enjoy a wonderful get-away!

The house was fantastic for all age groups, we celebrated an 80th Birthday and Baby Shower with family. Plenty of space inside for everyone, outdoor spaces were perfect for the evenings. pool was beautiful, short walk to the marina. Great long weekend
