The Lavaca House offers an open and spacious living room and dining room, making it the perfect space for amazing dinner and cocktail nights! The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. Wow! Very impressed and hope to be back soon! The house was clean, spacious, and even had a few family games like twister and uno. Absolutely no complaints. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the home. It was comfortable, very clean and cozy. The neighborhood is very quiet. Easy access to the market and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again

Dionicio, "uno de los mejores" is exactly what we build these properties to be, and hearing that from someone who has clearly seen a few places means a lot. The house is set up to make the Hill Country feel like home from the first evening, and it sounds like it delivered. When you come back, spring wildflower season out here is something else entirely. Paola and Jaime were very communicative. Left clear instructions about check in and check out. Great getaway from work to crash for the weekend! My group of friends and I enjoyed that the river and eating places were only a 10 min drive.

Heather, coming back to the Hill Country and calling it an amazing stay means a lot to us. The house sits in a spot that does a lot of the work on its own, and we love hearing when everything comes together the way it should. Whenever you are ready to plan your next trip out this way, we will be here. The wildflowers in spring are something else if you have not caught them yet.
