Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen is outfitted with all the essentials for cooking, plus two barstools at the counter for casual dining. A cozy living area with a small sofa invites you to unwind with a glass of local wine after a day of exploring.

The bedroom features a plush king bed for a restful night’s sleep, and the bathroom includes a sleek walk-in shower for added comfort.

Step outside to your private back patio, where you can fire up the charcoal grill for a relaxed evening meal, then slip into your own private hot tub and soak under the stars. While there are other casitas on the property, there are no shared amenities—so you can enjoy your getaway at your own pace, in your own space.

Perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a quiet, modern retreat close to everything Fredericksburg has to offer. Please note there is another casita on the property but each unit has it's own entrance and does not share amenities. Owners live on-site.

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $75 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

***The owner does have pets that live on the property. If you are bringing a pet you must keep them inside the fenced area in the back of the casita.

It was just what we needed for a quick trip to Fredericksburg. The bottled water in the fridge was much needed after a day at the wineries.

We had a great weekend stay here! Looks exactly like the photos and had all amenities listed. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Great location right outside of downtown with peaceful surroundings.

My wife and I came for a weekend getaway, and we loved this place! It was further out so we needed to drive but not so far that it was an inconvenience. The space was really nice, and we loved the hot tub, especially since it was quite cold when we came. We really appreciated the fact that the hot tub was already warmed when we arrived so we did not need to warm it up prior to using it. Only slight downside was that the $1000 deposit was a little high, but other than that it was a great stay!

Had a great stay. Accommodations were insanely comfortable and location was perfect. Had a little trouble operating the hot tub but a quick inquiry to the host and it was easily handled. Very timely responses and easy to follow instructions. Would definitely recommend!

Nicole, that hot tub question is one we love to get because once you know the trick, it runs perfectly and you can actually enjoy it instead of fiddling with it all night. Mike, a two-person getaway in the Hill Country is one of those trips people end up repeating every year, and glad the house delivered exactly that. Heads up taken on the HVAC instructions too. A clear one-pager covering the thermostat and system controls is now in the house so nobody else has to pull up YouTube mid-trip. Come back when the wildflowers are up in spring, the property looks completely different and it is worth seeing.

This was a perfect destination between Main Street Fredericksburg and the wineries down 290. We loved the casita it was secluded, but close to everything. Will definitely return when we come to Fredericksburg!

Secluded enough to feel like a getaway, close enough to make the most of Fredericksburg without a long drive back at the end of the night. Jacob, ten out of ten from you means a lot, especially for a property we put real care into. That Hill Country location hits different when everything inside the house matches what is right outside the window. Good note on the light coming through at night, and blackout curtains on that side of the house are going in before the next guests arrive. Come back when the wildflowers are up in spring, the views from this property during that stretch are something else entirely.
