Steve, hearing that the house felt like a luxury stay and that it was spotless top to bottom is exactly what we aim for, so thank you for saying it plainly. The housekeeping crew puts real hours into those details, and it means something when a guest notices. Next time you are out here, take an evening on the porch after the sun drops and then walk over to the resort pool before the crowd shows up in the morning. It is the quietest, prettiest part of the day in this stretch of the Hill Country. We would be glad to have you back. Terri, a recommendation like that means a lot, and we are glad the location worked so well for your group. Your note about the second bedroom was a fair catch. We have a ceiling fan going in there, and until it is up there is a floor fan in the closet for anyone who wants the air moving. Next time you are out this way, take an evening on the back porch after the heat breaks. That is when the property is at its best, and the walking trails are worth an early start too.
