When it’s time to explore, you’ll be just steps from Fredericksburg’s renowned restaurants, wine tasting rooms, boutiques, and art galleries. With its unbeatable location, dual kitchens, and inviting atmosphere, this Main Street escape is the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience.

These suites are located on the second floor and require a flight of stairs to access; therefore, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $135.00 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

House Rules and Things to Note:
-Main Street is known for its popular late-night attractions, which may lead to some noise in the early morning hours.
-No more than 8 occupants permitted
-No Events or Parties are allowed
-Place trash in designated receptacles
-Observe City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
-Parking instructions: Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow
-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.

Loved the property and it was in the perfect location to walk to everything! Our only issue was the key code given did not work and it was very difficult to contact the property manager. We ended up going through VRBO help to finally get in. that’s the only reason for the 2 stars on that. The beds were comfortable and the space was relaxing. Plan on coming and staying again.

We will be back! Two families with tween boys each had a great stay. Perfect location, comfortable beds and small dog friendly. Management is quick to respond. We will cherish our time on the balcony listening to live music from across the street.

Terri, those balcony evenings with live music drifting over are something guests talk about long after they leave, and it sounds like your group got the full experience. Tween boys, two families, and a small dog all finding their groove in one spot is exactly what the property is built for. Glad the beds held up and that you got answers when you needed them. Next time you come back, try catching a weeknight show over there, smaller crowds and the sound carries just as well across the street.
