Great house with excellent access to lake LBJ. The yard is big and has a nice deck for sitting and taking in the views. The dock makes it easy to fish, pull in a boat rental, or swim. Although, there is some moss directly off the dock that didn’t always make it ideal for swimming. The house was good size and stocked well with kids toys for our little ones. Would stay again! Like a lot of properties these days, the management company feels a bit impersonal and charges for things like early check-in if it’s available. But they were mostly print in their responses to our questions.

Stephen, the dock and that sprawling deck with water views are exactly what a lake getaway should be built around, and it sounds like the little ones made full use of the space. Looking forward to having your family back on the water.

We had the best time at this beautiful property right on the water. The home is extremely Comfortable and peaceful. It had everything we needed and enjoyed playing pickleball at the park close by. We will be back

House was absolutely perfect for our group of 7. Well stocked with everything that you need. Clean!! Lots of extras to help have fun on the water as well. Honestly I’m not sure what more you could ask for in a place to stay on the lake. We’ll be back!

Our family of 4 enjoyed a quiet and restful extended weekend on this cove property. We had plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen wares, linens, and towels. The only purchase was our own groceries, all else was provided and easily accessible. Property was quiet and comfortable with the exception of an extremely loud party at a neighboring orange house most of Saturday afternoon. We left for dinner and suspect other neighbors complained, since they had significantly ratcheted down their music and karoake upon our return. Not something that can be controlled at any rental location though. Would have liked additional outdoor seating since most of the builit in benches were occupied by ants and we otherwise couldn't take advantage of the amazing summer lake breeze on the larger lower deck. We enjoyed the location on the lake itself and the house was well layed out and perfectly comfortable. Would definitely book again!
