The place was perfect for big family/friends gatherings Very private and huge place Main house and outhouse are both cozy and great They have 2 hot tubs, amazing experience Great fun and experience Would go back anytime!

The stay overall was very good. 30 minutes from most everything, but a lovely and quiet home. We even met the owner, John, who was quite sweet. This was a perfect place to bring 8 strangers together to celebrate our dearests 40th birthday.

This was the perfect hill country get away. Secluded from downtown Fredericksburg, with a ton of room for a group. We didn’t even end up using all of the spaces, there are several outdoor hangout spots, fire pits, and two hot tubs. Breathtaking views — that forces you to slow down and take it all in. The rooms were amazing, all king size beds and everyone had their own restrooms. We would love to return again!

We were there with 3 other couples -all for September anniversaries in our family. Perfect place to relax and hang out. Great location between Fredericksburg and Luchenbach! Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves a fantastic scenery! Coffee on the porch watching the deer was icing on the trip!

What a wonderful way to spend a weekend! The scenery was beautiful. The houses were spotless, and it is perfect for a big group of people! Literally had anything and everything we could want! The Alamo Springs Café down the road was a huge hit, and even though it was a bit of a drive into downtown Fredericksburg and to the wineries, the scenery, made it all worth it!Very responsive host and would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed in quite a few places but this one may have been the best. It was fantastic for our group of four couples. The beds are great, linens are great the porches are fantastic! There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable and to eat, drink and laugh. The property is very beautiful and there is no one nearby. . Takes a bit to get to Fburg because you are off the beaten path but is close to Luckenbach. Would love to stay here again!

This was the perfect stay for our group of seven. We used both homes on the property and loved everything about it! Gorgeous views from the back deck, enjoying the sunset from the outdoor living area and watching the deer roaming through the back yard. We definitely made use of the fire pit and hot tub at night! It was just right as a home base for our Fredericksburg/wine country trips. The homes were beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back!
