It has a great set up and we had plenty of room for our group. We did not use the back yard but it was huge. They were a bit limited on wine glasses and kitchen essentials. The place was clean. And it was walkable as part of our group walked to and from Main Street.

We loved staying here for a quick little getaway. Everything was so nice and clean. Loved the extra added touches like fresh fruit, bread and a delicious cake! We relaxed in the hot tub all weekend. Perfect getaway and will definitely return.

The house was perfect. The house met our every need. Our son and daughter-in-law and their two young children were visiting from Boston as well as a friend of theirs from Columbia. The two year old loved the backyard and swing and slide. The young adults loved the hot tub. And we all enjoyed the fire pit. I requested a pack and play and a high chair which were both there when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with spices. We forgot to bring olive oil, but luckily, someone had left some olive oil spray. Check in and check out was easy. A few more coat hangers would have been nice. We recommend this house for others.

Went for a girl's weekend. We really enjoyed the openness of the house and all the space to spread out. Hot tub was easy to figure out.

We really enjoyed the house,fruit,flowers. The cake was nice,but we were not real sweet eaters. The accommodation were very nice. Here are a few things you may not be aware of, no ice from refrigerator, it did not work. No hot water in middle bathroom sink and toilet seat needs to be tightened. You might consider installing a hand rail by the front steps. Is okay if you are young but a little difficult for the seniors. Will return every chance we can.

The house was great! They had everything we needed right up to stuff for S’mores if we wanted. We were also pleasantly surprised with a bowl of fruit and a delicious lemon bundt cake waiting for us when we arrived! The only suggestion I would make is to add a full length mirror - a necessity for women :) Will definitely use this house again if available! Thank you!

Very nice clean house close to downtown. Easy access to all Fredericksburg has to offer. Had a great girlfriend getaway and the house accommodated the six of us with plenty of room. Would definitely return.

6 of us went for a girls weekend and had a blast. This is one of the best apportioned VRBO type homes I have stayed in! Love the technology, the hot tub, the layout, and the fun bath products. We felt right at home and will definitely be back. I have already told 7 people about this house.

Fredericksburg visit was not a first for me but it was for my 2 friends. We really enjoyed the wineries & shopping. Easy to get around with Uber. The house was nice, very well stocked & we really enjoyed the hot tub with the cooler weather. Plan to go back!

We got in a little after 9, and I was thankful the lights were on and the house was well lit. It’s clear the owner pays attention to details. I was thankful for the fresh fruit and muffins for breakfast. There was a set up for s’mores, which was really cute. The pictures don’t do the house justice, especially the backyard. The backyard was gorgeous at night. My daughters, 5 and 18 months, loved the swing set and the giant connect four. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. My 6 year old went in to the house with her Mom and from outside I could hear her giggle and hear her announce how pretty the house was!!! I was so happy it met our expectations!!Kitchen was well supplied and convenient. Beds were comfy, we loved the bed pillows!!! We wished we had looked for a label on the pillows!! Bathrooms were very nice. I picked this particular VRBO because we had 4 young kiddos 6 yrs and younger and I wanted a fenced play area. Loved the swing and slide structure and the yard games. The kids loved watching all the squirrels in the backyard while eating breakfast. We enjoyed our lunch on the deck. We all had a great time at the wedding and enjoyed the VRBO. I had a couple of observations ( please don’t include in any reviews…..they are just a great grandmas observations)/. I could use a hand rail on the front entry and a handrail stepping off the deck to the backyard ( I am 75 years young!)2. We could not get the toaster to work3. The coffee maker needs a cleaner ran thru it… it drips too slow and allows grounds in my coffee.4. The hook is missing on the cool screen door so we could not leave the door open with toddlers.5. The main concern is the stone border between the slipper slide and the swing set… the stones are under the fall zone for the swing and a child could receive a head injury if they fell from the swing. This is da generous.

This rental has it all. Comfortable home, kitchen well supplied, rooms & bathroom nice size, backyard and outdoor deck, nice big trees and a great hot tub. Location is perfect for getting to the shopping and eateries. Kids would love this backyard.

Home is just as described, very clean. It has a full kitchen with a coffee maker. It was raining while there so we didn’t use the backyard amenities except for getting in the hot tub which was so nice and clean. Place is a very short drive to Main Street. Host provider all the necessary, including towels, shampoo, conditioner. This home was very comfortable and relaxing.

I was in town for work and my family stayed at this comfortable home. It was very cold outside and the kids loved sitting in the hot tub. Usually I like to be out most of the day exploring, especially in Fredericksburg, but considering the weather we enjoyed ourselves being holed up and warm. Location is great. Would recommend and would book again in the future.

We loved this little house. my husband and I, and my 1-year-old, and 6- and 8-year-olds all thoroughly enjoyed this property. The backyard with hot tub, playscape and firepit was incredible for family fun. Super close to main street, quiet neighborhood, quaint house that was perfect size (not too big and just big enough). The property management company was super responsive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I will definitely be staying here again!

House is on a big wide street and is very quiet, backyard is huge ! and the games are a really nice addition. I was very impressed with the name brand Jacuzzi, super clean water. The primary bedroom is secluded and private from the other bedrooms

This is our second time staying at this house, and it was just as nice as the first. A house has to be good if you stay there again, right? Michelle was also very helpful giving winery suggestions and things to do while in town. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

This house had everything to make a really nice stay. It has all the comforts of home. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked and she even added those nice touches like a trayful of mini muffins and a basket of bananas. The location is great and we had a blast playing with her outdoor games. Our stay was exactly what we didn’t know we needed! House was located perfectly! Peaceful and quiet. Couple quick things about the house. Master Bath toilet barely flushed TP, plunger on hand but probably should be looked at. Coffee maker is SLOW! 35-45 (yes we timed it) to brew 12 cups. Either needs cleaning or replacing.

The property was perfect for a family Thanksgiving celebration. Bedrooms were all very comfortable and well set up. The outdoor space was a standout and where we spent a lot of our time. The kitchen had most of what we needed for meals and plenty of space. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable stay with easy access Main Street and wineries. Thanks!

Exceptionally clean home just a few blocks off of main. Great Wi-Fi, bedding was great, hot tub was clean and relaxing as well. We Stayed the weekend with another couple and we all had a plenty of space in the home and backyard. Owners were very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location! Several blocks off of Main, so it was nice and quiet but still close enough for a walk home after supper. The owners have thought of and provided all the little things that make this house feel like a home. Our group was 4 adults but the house is well equipped for adults and kids, so very family friendly. We very much enjoyed our first trip to Fredericksburg and would stay here again.

Nice place to stay when in Fredericksburg. We had a party of 6 female cousins so it was perfect. Hot tub was used quite a bit. Not quite close enuff to Main Street to walk.

Very Nice place. Updated bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen. Living room very comfortable. Quite neighborhood, downtown short two minute drive. Private Hot tub and backyard completes the this wonderful house. 104 degrees outside, A/C worked great. Wonderful experience!
