Inside, a well-equipped full kitchen awaits, allowing for convenient meal preparation during your stay. The cottage comprises two bedrooms, each adorned with a comfortable king-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom, providing both privacy and comfort for all guests. Additionally, a queen sleeper sofa in the cozy living room offers extra sleeping arrangements.
The prime location along the Pedernales River offers a myriad of activities to indulge in. Launch a kayak or water float for an afternoon adventure along the tranquil river. The property's location is complemented by hammocks and swings, adding to the relaxation and bordered by neighboring ranches featuring picturesque horses, goats, sheep, donkeys, and llamas, enhancing the rustic charm of the setting.

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) $95+tax in addition to the nightly rate will apply.
-Maximum of two dogs allowed with a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
