Inside, a well-equipped full kitchen awaits, allowing for convenient meal preparation during your stay. The cottage comprises two bedrooms, each adorned with a comfortable king-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom, providing both privacy and comfort for all guests. Additionally, a queen sleeper sofa in the cozy living room offers extra sleeping arrangements.
The prime location along the Pedernales River offers a myriad of activities to indulge in. Launch a kayak or water float for an afternoon adventure along the tranquil river. We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) $95+tax in addition to the nightly rate will apply.
-Maximum of two dogs allowed with a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
