With its generous footprint of a private acre of land just a half-mile from main street in downtown Fredericksburg, The Pecan Hideaway Haus boasts 4 Luxury Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. It has a great contemporary vibe with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen, making this home perfect for entertaining and socializing for groups and families. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plateware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine and whiskey glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. Furthermore, the outdoor space is ideal for gatherings which boasts a 7-seater hot tub, dining table, propane gas grill, and outdoor firepit area. For those staying longer, a washer and dryer are available. Parking is available for up to 8 vehicles privately. We hope your stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible; toiletries and other items are available if forgotten.

Please note: Bedroom 4 is not attached to the Main house, it is in a separate building behind the Main House.

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $135 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

My friends and I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The home was super cute, cozy, and incredibly clean. It was spacious enough for all of us to comfortably celebrate my birthday. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and such a great bonus!\n\nThe beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even better. I also loved that there was a ramp in the back providing wheelchair access for a friend, which made the home very accommodating and thoughtful.\n\nThe location was perfect—close to shopping centers and wineries. This place was absolutely beautiful, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

Great place! Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Bedrooms were big and beds were comfy! Kids loved the hot tub and pool area. Plenty of room for dog to run around outside in the fenced in lot. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here for my wife’s 30th birthday! Just a couple minutes from the main strip and less than 20 mins to all our favorite wineries. The house was great, pool and jacuzzi were clean, and was the perfect size for our group. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a little trouble with the code for the detached bedroom at first, but it was resolved super quickly and the communication was excellent and extremely fast. The kitchen was brand new and immaculate. Very nicely done. The place was fantastic. and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. In short, our stay was fantastic, start to finish.

The home was absolutely perfect for a larger family. We have adult children so having the outside guest room was very convenient too. The location is close to everything and if you don’t want to drive, you can get an uber quite reasonably. The beds were cozy and we had everything we needed.

Not only was this home beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, it had the most amazing fire pit! We sat for hours connecting as a family around the fire last night. Thank you so much!! Overall great property and close to town. Very convenient. Entire property enclosed with fence so it was excellent for my two dogs. Cozi response is quick and professional. A couple of opportunities was the floors needed to be mopped, a Keurig would have been nice, needed a broom/dustpan, front door and guest casita door a little hard to open. Other than those minor details the property was great and we would return. Thank you Cozi for your hospitality.

We had an incredible week at this beautifully remodeled 1940s house! The charm of the original architecture combined with modern updates made our stay truly special. The location couldn't be better—just minutes from the fun of Fredericksburg's Main Street, we enjoyed exploring the shops and dining options. The outdoor space was fantastic, perfect for our kids and fur kids to run around and play. It was the ideal setting for our Thanksgiving celebration, creating memories that we'll cherish forever.
