This gorgeous home consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults (2 in the master bedroom and 2 in guest room #1), and up to 4 children on the full-size bunk bed in guest bedroom #3. Making the perfect place for each of your guests to relax and unwind. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious bedrooms offer the latest mattresses and bedding offering an optimally comfortable and luxurious night's sleep, especially after the long days of enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries. This home has an amazing back area for morning coffee or a late-evening cocktail paired with a great BBQ cookout.

Our stay was wonderful. We really appreciated basic amenities being provided in the showers, more than sufficient amount of towels being provided and standard cleaning supplies being provided in the kitchen. Beds and couches were comfortable and clean and pool towels were available for use. The outdoor space was beautiful and well maintained and the pool was the perfect size for the 4 of us to relax in. I'd recommend having the rugs cleaned, stained towels replaced and getting the lock on the side door assessed as it wouldn't lock from the outside during our stay. Additionally, the pool was treated in the middle of our stay and the chemicals were very strong afterwards. It would have been nice to have that service delayed until we checked out. This was a great place to stay for the week. It was easy for my friends and I to come and go as we please at any time of day. It was a bit too cold for the pool when we went, but we appreciated sitting by it! There was also plenty of space for 5 of us to sleep with more if needed. We came with our 2 kids and everyone was very comfortable- our daughter loved the bunk beds. The home and yard was super neat/clean and all the basics were provided. The Mrs. and I came up from San Antonio to meet our son, daughter-in-law and three grandkids. The house accommodated us comfortably! What was the unexpected highlight??? We've rented homes with swimming pools plenty of times before. And sometimes, we've completed our stay without dipping so much as a toe into the pool. But this one was so inviting and easy to use! We were attending a wedding in one of the venues. We were 4 adults one teenager and 2 toddlers. The house was perfect. Cozy ,impecable, well equipped with everything we needed. This location is blocks away from a number of cool boutiques, BBQ, and a locally owned coffee shop. It will comfortably sleep 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 kids (the bunk beds are large enough to sleep 4 kids).
