This gorgeous home consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults (2 in the master bedroom and 2 in guest room #1), and up to 4 children on the full-size bunk bed in guest bedroom #3. Making the perfect place for each of your guests to relax and unwind. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious bedrooms offer the latest mattresses and bedding offering an optimally comfortable and luxurious night's sleep, especially after the long days of enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries. This home has an amazing back area for morning coffee or a late-evening cocktail paired with a great BBQ cookout.

Jimmy, walking to the BBQ joint and the bakery is exactly how we hoped folks would use that house, and it sounds like your family figured it out fast. The yard and the privacy are the reason we picked that lot, so it is good to hear both landed. Next time you are out this way, give yourself a morning for the swimming holes west of town, they are a short drive and the kids tend to burn off a whole day there. What can I say except wow! We chose to stop in Dripping Springs on the way through to Fort Worth. We wanted somewhere to have R&R and do some laundry as we had had a hectic week. The house is in a great location. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. We stopped at a local brewery and grabbed some beers (TwistedX) We like the peace and quiet and this place was exactly that. Inside the house has everything you could possibly need and is very well maintained. The cleaning was top notch. I’m a cleaner so probably a little fussy and I can say that it was spotless. The pool outside was wonderful. Brand new and perfect for cooling off in the Texan heat. There are sun loungers and chairs to relax on. I’ve not used Airbnb before and found the experience to be very easy. I messaged the host a couple of times and they always got back to me within 30 minutes. Excellent service. Our stay was wonderful. We really appreciated basic amenities being provided in the showers, more than sufficient amount of towels being provided and standard cleaning supplies being provided in the kitchen. Beds and couches were comfortable and clean and pool towels were available for use. The outdoor space was beautiful and well maintained and the pool was the perfect size for the 4 of us to relax in. I'd recommend having the rugs cleaned, stained towels replaced and getting the lock on the side door assessed as it wouldn't lock from the outside during our stay. Additionally, the pool was treated in the middle of our stay and the chemicals were very strong afterwards. It would have been nice to have that service delayed until we checked out. This was a great place to stay for the week. It was easy for my friends and I to come and go as we please at any time of day. It was a bit too cold for the pool when we went, but we appreciated sitting by it! There was also plenty of space for 5 of us to sleep with more if needed. The Mrs. and I came up from San Antonio to meet our son, daughter-in-law and three grandkids. The house accommodated us comfortably! What was the unexpected highlight??? We've rented homes with swimming pools plenty of times before. And sometimes, we've completed our stay without dipping so much as a toe into the pool. But this one was so inviting and easy to use! We were attending a wedding in one of the venues. We were 4 adults one teenager and 2 toddlers. The house was perfect. Cozy ,impecable, well equipped with everything we needed. This location is blocks away from a number of cool boutiques, BBQ, and a locally owned coffee shop. It will comfortably sleep 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 kids (the bunk beds are large enough to sleep 4 kids).
