This place was awesome, very central to everything around Fredericksburg. Most restaurants were only 5 minutes away. The place was also clean and well-kept. Hot tub worked well, it was already heated when we arrived.

Location was ideal, the host was very responsive and was able to meet any accommodation. Parking is either on the street or on a small lot next to one of the residences, so this caused some confusion when we got there late. Overall, I'd recommend Cozi again and again!
