Rent the entire property to accommodate a group of up to 26. In addition to Poplar Place Pop-3, the property consists of the Main House (4/2), Mod (3/3), Q (1/1), Soho (1/1), and Pop 1,2,& 4 all (1/1) units.

Great lil spot, perfect size for a couple retreat! Had some plates and silver ware for the microwave which was a nice touch! And tons of coffee!

Cozi was great, very quiet and in a perfect location. The space was clean, and the hosts even checked on us during our trip to make sure everything was going well. The only downside was the shower; the temperature ran a bit cold and the water pressure was low. Other than that, everything was solid and I had a good stay.

The house was perfect, not to big and not to small just the right size, it was big enough were you didn’t feel cramped in there but small enough to were it was nice and cozy. The area was really nice, it was a very calm and peaceful neighborhood. Would 100 percent recommended and would return.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as advertised and the host was SUPER responsive when we couldn’t connect to the WiFi. I highly recommend!

Beautiful property! The location was great and everything was very clean. We had a little trouble figuring out how to lock the door once inside but other than that everything was perfect!

Overall was great, the shower head was not spraying much water for my wife but after I looked at it I figured it out. The shower head screen filter was stopped up. I’m a general contractor so i kinda knew what the problem was. The last night we came back to the room early and was going to enjoy the hot tub which was the reason we picked this place but the strong odor of weed from one of the spaces to the north was overwhelming. Everything else was great!
