Accommodations at the Primrose Cottage include two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The cozy living room is complemented by a queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space if needed.
The location allows for various outdoor activities, such as kayaking or floating on the gentle waters of the Pedernales River. We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Maximum of two dogs allowed with a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.
