Description

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen is outfitted with all the essentials for cooking, plus two barstools at the counter for casual dining. A cozy living area with a small sofa invites you to unwind with a glass of local wine after a day of exploring.

The bedroom features a plush king bed for a restful night’s sleep, and the bathroom includes a sleek walk-in shower for added comfort.

Step outside to your private back patio, where you can fire up the charcoal grill for a relaxed evening meal, then slip into your own private hot tub and soak under the stars. While there are other casitas on the property, there are no shared amenities—so you can enjoy your getaway at your own pace, in your own space.

Perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a quiet, modern retreat close to everything Fredericksburg has to offer. Please note there is another casita on the property but each unit has it's own entrance and does not share amenities. Owners live on-site.

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $75 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

***The owner does have pets that live on the property. If you are bringing a pet you must keep them inside the fenced area in the back of the casita.

Haily, bringing your pets along and still finding that kind of peace and quiet is exactly what this place is built for. The Hill Country is good for that, and having town just a short drive away makes it easy to get out and explore without giving up the slow mornings. Next time you're out this way, the wildflower season in spring turns the whole area into something else entirely, well worth planning a trip around!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better—everything was within reach. My only minor issue was that the bed was a bit too firm for my taste, so I didn’t sleep as well as I’d hoped. Still, I would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting a great stay in a prime location.”

Ideal location just a short distance from town, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a peaceful stay. The service was excellent, and the Airbnb itself was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was already set up for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

There were dogs that ran free on the property that chased us and our pet. It was very unnerving to us. Also. We were under the impression that there was a washer and dryer, and there was not.

Susan, a 10 from you after two real frustrations means a lot, and I want to be straight with you on both of them. Loose dogs making contact with you and your pet is not acceptable on this property, and we have put a no-free-roaming policy in place with the resort so that does not happen to the next guest. On the washer and dryer, our listing has been corrected to show exactly what is and is not in the house. When you come back to the Hill Country, the porch at this place in the evening is something else entirely.

Emile, a well laid-out house makes everything else easier, and hearing that the space worked for you is exactly what we were going for when we designed it. The Hill Country has a way of slowing people down, and a home that flows right lets that happen naturally. Come back when the wildflowers are up in spring, the porch time alone is worth the drive.

Nathan, a peaceful getaway for two in the Hill Country is just about as good as it gets. Glad the house gave you and your girlfriend that quiet you were looking for. When you come back, try getting out on the property at dusk. The light through the cedar and oak at that hour is something worth staying for!

Nina, your dogs had the run of a fully fenced Hill Country yard and you had easy access to Main Street. That is a hard combination to beat. Glad the house delivered on both fronts and that everything was clean and ready when you arrived. My wife and I enjoyed our weekend in Fredericksburg. This property was very clean, and the host was responsive when we had questions or issues. Hot tub was a highlight. The property was not far from town and was easy to find.

Levi, the hot tub being a highlight on a Fredericksburg weekend getaway is exactly what that feature is there for. Glad you and your wife got to enjoy it. The entry door has already been looked at and clearer instructions are now part of the welcome guide. Hair dryer, full length mirror, and coasters for the nightstands are all on their way into the house too. Come back in the spring when the wildflowers are out around here, the Hill Country puts on a real show and the hot tub is just as good after a day of exploring.

We had such a great weekend! The place was very cute & it was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy a weekend getaway. Place is only a few minutes away from downtown.
