Inside the Bunkhouse, you’ll find versatile accommodations designed for both comfort and style. The lower level features a spacious bunk area with two queen beds and three built-in singles above, while the cozy loft offers an additional queen bed. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen and a large spa-inspired bathroom complete this welcoming space.

Stroll across the Skywalk to the expansive Playhouse, a stunning open-concept haven with plush lounge seating, a dining area for shared meals, and a 70-inch TV with surround sound—perfect for indulgent movie nights indoors.

Step outside to experience the true magic of Ranch 33. Two elevated decks showcase panoramic 180-degree Hill Country views, while the sprawling flagstone patio offers multiple areas for relaxation and entertaining: a shaded lounge with outdoor furniture, picnic dining, a Weber grill, wood-burning firepit, and a large spool (Can be heated for an additional fee) for refreshing swims by day. For added indulgence, unwind in the optional hot tub under the stars, heated to 104° for a truly luxurious evening soak.

Beyond the patio, endless acres invite exploration. Enjoy mountain biking trails, a five-hole disc golf course, horseshoes, and cornhole, or simply wander the serene countryside. Just minutes away, the charming town of Blanco awaits with antique shops, breweries, restaurants, and Blanco State Park for swimming and fishing.
