Beautiful and private property. Some of my friends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was very spacious in the living room for hanging out. A couple things I will point out, the floors are very dirty so be sure to pack socks or wear shoes the whole time, the front door doesn’t latch all the way unless you push on it, there’s no AC in the bunk bed room, and you will be handwashing dishes the whole trip. Definitely be very careful with the door most of all because my friends and I took a trip to main street and came back to the front door wide open—yet still locked. The wind blew it open and we were lucky that nobody seemed to notice because it is in such a private spot, still gave us a little scare. However, I rate this place five stars because the hot-tub was amazing, each room comes with an extra fan (absolute best addition) and it is so spacious for having game nights with a couple friends. I would definitely consider booking again if we went back to Fredericksburg.

Hands down one of the best airbnbs that we’ve stayed at. The place is so beautiful and peaceful, it feels far away but its only around 5 min from main street. It had everything we needed and more, from enough toilet paper for my whole family to all the kitchen utensils we needed, place is super cozy and clean, we saw deer and cows, it was truly a dream to drink coffee in their backyard swing, if you’re thinking about staying here just do it, you wont regret it, and the customer service is amazing as well!

Loved the location and housing 10/10. I would just recommend to add curtains in the living room (I felt I was being stared at) and more plate variety. Overall perfect!

Celebrated my birthday there this past weekend and we all loved it! Very nice, clean and well equipped. Easy getting in and out of the house and in a close proximity to the vineyards and town area of Fredericksburg. Highly recommend this place!

The place is nice and cozy, location is very close to Main Street. The only thing we didn’t expected is when you get in from the code door it lead straight to one of the bedrooms. Other than that we love this place and the hot tub amazing!

This property was 5 min from downtown, just close enough for convenient shopping but far enough away for privacy, quiet, and had an “out in the country” feel.. the view was fantastic.. we had a great time

Very nice private place. the surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful. Very close to everything but still secluded and private. the only thing missing was a grill. we will return. We loved it!

This is a large home with plenty of room. Our family of 7 (3 couples and my adult son) had a great time. The bedroom with the bunk beds was way too warm to use even with a fan in late June in Texas. The living area was comfortable. The 3 queen beds were as well. We especially enjoyed the back porch and hot tub. The property is secluded but only a few short minutes from shops, restaurants and wineries. We enjoyed seeing birds, deer and even a coyote.
