Step inside Seaside Cottage and enjoy all the comforts of home. The condo features three spacious bedrooms designed for rest and relaxation—complete with a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third, making it an ideal setup for families or groups.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and a propane grill is available for outdoor barbecues. A washer and dryer are also provided to make extended stays even more convenient. After a day spent fishing, boating, or exploring, cool off in the communal pool or enjoy a friendly game on the tennis courts.
Whether you're casting a line off the pier or soaking up Rockport’s coastal charm, Seaside Cottage is your perfect bayfront retreat.

Had a great time and made some memories. Condo was clean and well stocked. Host was very responsive and helpful. Make note the king bed is upstairs, and the kayak blocking the dock area in front of the deck is not available for use.

Bridget, memories made is the whole point, so that is good to hear. Your two notes are fair ones. We are adding a line to the listing and the welcome book making clear the king bed is on the second floor, and that kayak is getting moved off the dock so nobody has to wonder whether it comes with the house. Glad the kitchen stocking held up too. Next time you are out this way, the dock is worth an early morning with coffee before the water gets busy, and we would be happy to have you back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room to relax inside. The deck is the star of the show! It is perfectly shaded for both morning coffee and an evening night cap. Would definitely book again!

Everything was great considering I booked this less than 24 hrs in advance. The pictures matched the descriptions to the tee, bedrooms were cozy, house was cozy, balcony you name it. It suited 2 adults and 5 kids very comfortably, everything from fishing to shopping to eating to sight seeing is all within walking/driving distance. Will be back again soon!

We stayed here for a weekend with friends. Everything was amazing - the location is just perfect, the view outside is beautiful and peaceful, and the place itself was great! The host was very responsive and flexible, we enjoyed our stay a lot! Will absolutely come back!

Nadia, that view gets people every time, and hearing it hit the same way for your group on this trip genuinely makes the weekend worthwhile for us. The garbage disposal in the kitchen is already being replaced, and that cracked patio chair is gone. Both were good catches and they are handled. When you come back, the Hill Country is something else entirely in the fall if you have not seen it that way yet. Hope your group makes the trip again soon!
