This picturesque, private combo boasts two beautiful homes with five bedrooms with three king beds and two queen beds, four bathrooms, a full-sized outdoor pool bathroom, a gourmet kitchen, a dining space, a living room, and an outdoor kitchen. Additionally, this combo includes a wine fridge and wet bar, a gorgeous grilling area, and an outdoor bar, perfect for entertaining a large group, while soaking in breathtaking views of The Texas Hill Country.

This gorgeous property is planted and designated as a native Texas wildlife habitat that draws in many birds and pollinators such as butterflies and bees.

NOTE: The indoor fireplace is currently not available for use.

The property was more beautiful in person! Everything was easily accessible and the view out back was breathtaking. The pool was very nice and the Monarch's were a pleasant treat. The "queen" beds seem to be closer to a full but they were comfy. We were about 10 minutes from Main street so it was easy to go back & fourth. There was definitely enough dishes & utensils for the 8 of us. The couch was extremely comfy and we were able to watch The Fifa World Cup with our Peacock account. We utilized the fire place outside to just light a fire & talk about life, kids, etc. We decorated the Casita for our friend for her birthday and she loved it. All in all, a great place to stay for a large group. We can't wait to return!

It was a lovely home with lovely grounds. Nice furnishings. Nice towels. Super clean. But the hot tub, which was very important to us, had many troubles. It took 2 hours to heat up, which means that you cannot return after a long day and hop in; rather, you must wait 2 hours for it to heat up. There was no cover, which might have made the wait times shorter. The Stay Texas Hospitality Group was very polite, but absolutely of no help in fixing our hot tub troubles.

4 of us enjoyed this properly for 4 days and 3 nights. There was plenty of space that we could’ve brought the whole family. It was well laid out and kept. Close to town for the Fredericksburg experience but still far enough out to see the beautiful stars. Would definitely come back here. Communication was great and we highly recommend this property

My husband and I booked this house last minute. It was really more than we needed space wise but gosh it was dreamy and we are glad we did! Everything was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. The check in was a breeze. Kitchen is equipped with all you need. We enjoyed sitting out back watching the sunset. (It was too cool so we didn’t swim but the pool was beautiful!) I wish we had time to stay longer. We will definitely be back, as there is plenty of space for our family!

Beyond expectations. Extremely clean. Attention to details (lights identified, board games, pool towels with theme house decorations) . More equipped than expected. Excellent for children safety (door alerts, door latch for pool access). Very nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Overall… AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Highly recommended!
