Loved, loved, loved this house. It was perfect for our large group of friends. Spacious and well appointed. We spent most of our time on the patio and in the pool. It was so relaxing and furnishings and beds were great! We would definitely stay again. Hosts were very responsive.

We rented the main house and all the cottages for a multigenerational family getaway and we all loved it. There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out with the multiple cottages and the main house. The pool and hot tub were both awesome. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved how peaceful and remote the property felt while still being only 10 minutes away from Fredericksburg. There are lots of codes you need to have between the cottages, the gate and the main house, but the rental company was very responsive to questions. We also had issues with internet access in the cottages, but again, the rental company responded quickly and sent someone out who fixed it. We loved this place and are already talking about coming back again next year.

The host was excellent! We had to contact her regarding the hot tub and the codes to the cottages and she was so sweet and responded so quickly! The house was the nicest house we have EVER stayed in thru VRBO or Air B&B. It was so clean and the decor is beautiful! There are games and puzzles to we tried out. We had so much space for 6 couples and one other guest! We were never crowded between the cottages and the Carriage house and the four bedrooms and bathrooms in the main house. The large kitchen and living room gave us plenty of room to cook and watch the Super Bowl. Our group ranges from 62-78 years young! We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. The ranch is absolutely stunning and so well manicured. We were told it is the highest point in Gillespie County. The views are amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

We rented this property for a large group to celebrate my 30th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! We utilized all the cottages and the carriage house, and every single guest complimented the home throughout our stay. The views were stunning, and the interior design was beautifully done—every detail felt thoughtful and high-end. The entire property was spotless, with ample linens and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had two minor hiccups: the hot tub heating didn’t work, and the entry codes weren’t provided at check-in, so we had to reach out to the team. Thankfully, they responded quickly, and everything else was seamless. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations and made for an unforgettable celebration. Highly recommend for large gatherings or special occasions!

We loved our stay at the Starry Night Haus. It's a beautiful home in the Hill Country, not too far from Main Street—just a 10-15 minute drive. The main house is beautiful and spacious, which was perfect for our large group. The pool, hot tub and outdoor grill made for a great afternoon. And the cottages easily accommodated our group of couples. Everyone got their own space and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was great and accommodated our large group! The monarch butterflies were a wonderful surprise and the views were a bonus. We enjoyed the large patio, pool and outdoor kitchen. The rooms and casitas were decorated beautifully and so comfortable. Only thing we would suggest would be a TV on the patio and an ice machine. Other than that we would rent again for sure!

To say the property was amazing is an understatement. It was perfect for our 14 guests and we had a wonderful time. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the weekend in the sun. Our stay at the Lux Ranch in Fredericksburg was amazing. Having space for a large family (ages 11-68) with many teenagers made our trip perfect. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all...clean and spacious. We cook a lot and I have never seen such a well-equipped indoor kitchen and the outdoor kitchen was a dream! There were plenty of towels, the bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Plus having the Casita and cottages gave everyone space for both privacy and togetherness. it rained a lot but we enjoyed feeling like we were in a luxurious home...and we were! We look forward to coming back!

Property was perfect for our large group. Great pool, back porch, outside kitchen and seating areas. Ample kitchen space and inside common area. 8 place dining table wasn’t large enough to accommodate our party of 12. King size beds in all bedrooms were a plus. Cottages are very nice but are a 100 plus yard walk to main house. Overall property is very nice.
