This stunning home offers 4 spacious bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen & 2 Twins) with 2.5 baths, including a bathroom with a bathtub. It also has a spacious living and dining area that is completely equipped to handle friends and family gatherings, wine tastings, and an intimate setting, depending on your preferences. The kitchen is fully stocked with plateware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses, and other basic necessities for those wishing to dine in or entertain. This home can sleep eight people comfortably.

The spacious and comfortable bedrooms offer the latest in mattresses and bedding, offering optimal comfort and a luxurious night's sleep, especially after a long day exploring and enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and all its local wineries.

Additionally, this home has a fantastic deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or even a late-night evening cocktail. A tastefully decorated space, with the ideal lounging area and a propane fire pit.

Lastly, in the house, you can find a laundry area for your convenience. There is also plenty of parking available for two vehicles in the driveway and additional free parking on the street if needed.

Weekend with the family, brought the grandkids . Location in town was perfect. Near HEB and Sunset Grille. Visited a couple of wineries and shopped. Perfect for our trip. Thank you!

Went with a group of 8, it was spacious and we really enjoyed the backyard. The three bedrooms upstairs do share one bathroom which wasn’t a problem for our group. Kitchen was stocked with enough for basic cooking. Everyone said their bed was very comfortable!

Lyndsay, a 10 out of 10 and a promise to come back says everything. We love hearing that the location and communication hit the mark, because those two things shape the trip before you even walk in the door. Robert, "beautiful home" is exactly what we set out to build out here in the Hill Country, and hearing that land with a 10 means a lot. The landscape around the property does most of the heavy lifting, but it helps to know the house itself held its own. If you make it back, the wildflower season in spring turns the whole area into something else entirely. Hope to have you again soon!

We stayed here for my friend’s 50th birthday weekend and it could not have been more perfect! The house was spotless, stylish, and so comfortable for our group of girls. We laughed, relaxed, and toasted all weekend long. Every detail was thoughtful — from the cozy beds to the great outdoor space. Truly the ideal spot for a girls’ getaway! Can’t recommend it enough.

Stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it was perfect for 5 of my bridesmaids and I. We loved staying at this home for the weekend. It was close to Main Street which made it very convenient to do things around town and then be able to come back and not spend a lot of our time driving. The home was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. Will definitely have to stay here again next time I’m in town!

Cagney, a bachelorette weekend in the Hill Country with five of your closest people sounds like exactly the way to kick off the lead-up to your wedding, and we are so glad the house delivered. Being able to walk to Main Street and back without burning half your evening in the car makes a real difference when you want to actually enjoy the town. I had such an amazing time at this property!! The location was amazing to get to main street. Everyone loved how comfy the beds were. The house was very clean and the check in process was extremely easy. Only thing I would change is having to take all our trash the dumpster that was down the street from the property.

We booked this house for a team bonding trip and were able to have almost everyone in their own room. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging out with a hot tub, firepit, cornhole, etc. It was also decorated beautifully and fully stocked with coffee, shower gel, lotion, etc. Would recommend!

Loved the location. The interior designer did a great job with the finishes. Beds were comfortable, loved the connect 4 game and outdoor space. Vinyl records were a hit too. We will stay there again.
