We enjoyed staying here. It was very close to main street and included everything we could need, including recommendations. It is cute and very relaxing. The only downfall is the cottage is spilt and there were others staying there too and you could hear them well.

It was cozy. No stove for cooking but the location was convenient for dining. Outdoor was nice and private. Enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay there again!

The house was very cute and comfortable. The location just blocks away from shops and restaurants was very convenient but being on a quiet street was a plus. We especially enjoyed the private courtyard with the hot tub and fireplace.

The house was exactly as described and very clean! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again. If i could change one thing it would be to have a foot Ottoman for the couch for when two people sit on it there is somewhere to put your feet but that is very minor. Also, the hot tub was a little sandy at the bottom from guests prior but nothing too terrible- the hot tub/back yard was amazing!

This was a getaway weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday and just take time to relax. The location was perfect walking distance to main street so we didn't have to deal with traffic and parking. The house was cozy and comfortable.

We celebrated our 5 year Anniversary at Ava Suite. Everything was wonderful. Even though it rained all weekend and was cold, we still had a very nice stay. We were married in Fredericksburg so we come every year to celebrate.

Quaint property in prime location for walking around downtown Fredericksburg. Parking was never a problem since the street was completely empty every time. Great neighborhood and loved the hot tub & fire place combo. Smooth & efficient checkin and check out. Will definitely check availability next time we come to town.

This was one of the cleanest B&B's that we have ever stayed in. We will be back for sure. We did encounter a couple of small problems: 1. Sink in kitchen would not drain. 2. Fireplace did not work in the house - maybe out of propane. 3. We tried the hot tub one night but could not get it to heat (may have been user error. lol) These are minor but thought you may want to know. Again, love the place and the location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very cute and so is the patio. Most of the lights on the string outside were out and could use new pillows on the bed other than that is was very nice

My wife and I spent our 9th wedding anniversary in the Ava Suite. We were impressed with the house’s cleanliness and close proximity to Main Street. Communication with the property manager was quick and friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub. I enjoyed the tv while my wife got dressed for dinner. Another wonderful stay and memorable trip.

Our group of 4 ladies had a perfect Moms-Weekend-Out in Fredericksburg during our stay at Courtyards on San Antonio. We had both the Gracie and the Lily units, which gave more than enough space for us all. While we spent ample time touring Main Street (shopping, wine, & good eats, oh my!), we really enjoyed just relaxing together at the house, too. Beds & sofas were comfy, everything was clean & in working order, and the hot tub was so very good after a day of hiking Enchanted Rock. I can't wait to come back again and Courtyards on San Antonio will be my regular lodging while in F'burg. While in town, I recommend wearing your most comfortable cute shoes and exploring Main Street on foot. The cottage is just a couple of blocks away from everything - no need to drive! Our favorites included tasting locally grown wines at Pontotoc Vineyard’s Weingarten, souvenir shopping at Barefoot, Sunday brunch at Vaudville, steaks at Crossroads, and sharing a flight of craft spirits at the Elk Store.

This property was far enough off Main Street to be quiet, but close enough for an easy walk to the primary hot spots! You do hear others that are renting nearby when on the back patio, but it was very private and perfect for a romantic weekend!

This was an enchanting quiet property behind Main St. in Fredericksburg. The property was not too small, but perfect for my husband and I. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

We stayed in the Ava Suite. Perfect size for a couple, and well kept/clean. The hot tub and patio were a great amenities after walking around town and wine tasting. We will definitely check availability of this place next time!

We loved our stay in this adorable cottage just a block off Main Street. We walked to the shops and restaurants on Main and then when we got back, enjoyed the outdoor private patio with the hot tub and fireplace. The weather was just right for a fire! The bed was comfy and plenty of towels were provided. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and are already planning to stay here again for my birthday.

Everything was as described. I did not know what to expect staying at a VRBO. I have never booked a room like this. But it was perfect the hot tub was hot already for us when we got there. Very spacious, and decorated very nice. I would definitely recommend this for a romantic get away.

Cozy one bedroom place close to Main Street, walking distance to most of town. Quite comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay. The kitchen is not set up for much cooking, so plan to eat out most meals.
