This the Front Suite. The unit is a duplex and does share a wall with another unit.

Suite Elliana welcomes you with stunning wood floors that add warmth and character to the space. The spacious living room is designed for relaxation and socializing. Plush, comfortable seating is arranged around a flat-screen TV and the gas fireplace, creating the perfect spot to gather and unwind after a day of exploration. (TVs don't offer programming, so bring your own login info for streaming. We want you to have a comfortable and informed stay!)

Adjacent to the living area is an elegant dining space with seating for five. This area seamlessly opens up to an industrial-style kitchenette, ensuring that you can enjoy delicious meals together in a stylish setting. The dining space is perfect for intimate dinners or casual breakfasts before heading out to explore Fredericksburg's attractions.

The kitchenette in the Suite Elliana combines form and function with an industrial aesthetic. It's equipped with modern amenities, allowing you to prepare light meals or snacks. The sleek design adds a touch of urban chic to this charming Hill Country retreat.

Your bedroom in Suite Elliana is a sanctuary of comfort and style. It features a sumptuous king-sized bed with luxurious linens, promising a restful night's sleep. The room is tastefully decorated, creating an ambiance of relaxation and sophistication.

The en-suite bathroom in Suite Elliana is a work of art in itself. The focal point is a beautiful, large tiled shower that invites you to unwind in style. The sleek, modern design and high-quality fixtures enhance your bathing experience, ensuring you feel pampered during your stay.

Suite Elliana extends its charm to the outdoors with a charming patio space. Here, you can gather with friends or loved ones, sip wine, and soak up the serene atmosphere. The private hot tub on the patio offers the perfect way to relax after a day exploring the town's wineries and attractions.

Your privacy is important to us – the entire suite and outdoor space are exclusively yours. Just a heads-up, there's a separate suite at the back of the house that may have guests during your stay. Also, while we have an outdoor fireplace for you to enjoy, we don't provide wood.

Kelly, walking downtown is exactly why folks pick this house, so I'm glad it worked for your trip. You were right to flag the deadbolt under the keypad, that lock should turn and it didn't, and a locksmith is rekeying and replacing it this week. The master bed is getting new center support slats and a reinforced frame rail so it holds firm instead of dipping. Come back in the fall when the tasting rooms slow down a little, and take that same walk into town on a Saturday morning before the crowds show up. The house was exactly as described and very clean! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again. If i could change one thing it would be to have a foot Ottoman for the couch for when two people sit on it there is somewhere to put your feet but that is very minor. Also, the hot tub was a little sandy at the bottom from guests prior but nothing too terrible- the hot tub/back yard was amazing!

This was one of the cleanest B&B's that we have ever stayed in. We will be back for sure. We did encounter a couple of small problems: 1. Sink in kitchen would not drain. 2. Fireplace did not work in the house - maybe out of propane. 3. We tried the hot tub one night but could not get it to heat (may have been user error. lol) These are minor but thought you may want to know. Again, love the place and the location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very cute and so is the patio. Most of the lights on the string outside were out and could use new pillows on the bed other than that is was very nice

Christine, that patio clearly did its job, and we are glad the house felt as good as it looks. The string lights out there are being replaced this week, full strand, so the next guests get the full effect. New bed pillows are already on order too. A 10 means a lot coming from someone who noticed the details worth noticing. Come back when the wildflowers are up in spring, that patio hits different with Hill Country in bloom around it!

Clean house! We’re were surprised they opened up the whole house so we had two of everything. Super nice! Definitely would stay here again. Hopefully soon.

Sunny, a perfect stay is exactly what we build these properties for, and hearing that every piece of it landed right means a lot. The Hill Country has a way of getting under people's skin, and we hope Ellianna had something to do with that. Come back in wildflower season if you haven't seen the property in bloom yet. We stayed in the Ava Suite. Perfect size for a couple, and well kept/clean. The hot tub and patio were a great amenities after walking around town and wine tasting. We will definitely check availability of this place next time!

Kyle, the hot tub after a full day of wine tasting is honestly one of the best ways to end a Hill Country evening, and it sounds like the Ava Suite delivered exactly that. A well-rested couple leaving happy is what we are here for. Next time you are back, ask around locally about the smaller boutique wineries just off the main corridor. They tend to be quieter and pour some real gems. We would love to have you back in that suite again!

We loved our stay in this adorable cottage just a block off Main Street. We walked to the shops and restaurants on Main and then when we got back, enjoyed the outdoor private patio with the hot tub and fireplace. The weather was just right for a fire! The bed was comfy and plenty of towels were provided. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and are already planning to stay here again for my birthday.

Nancy, celebrating your husband's birthday with those evening fires on the patio is exactly what that little outdoor space was made for. The walk to Main Street and back, then settling in around the fireplace with the hot tub going, that is a perfect Hill Country evening right there. Your birthday trip is going to be just as good, and if you time it for wildflower season the whole stretch between the cottage and town looks completely different. Come back soon!

Everything was as described. I did not know what to expect staying at a VRBO. I have never booked a room like this. But it was perfect the hot tub was hot already for us when we got there. Very spacious, and decorated very nice. I would definitely recommend this for a romantic get away.

Chad, a first VRBO stay and it delivered the way you hoped, that is genuinely the best outcome we can ask for. The hot tub being ready when you walked in is something we are intentional about, so it means a lot to hear it landed exactly right for a romantic getaway. The Hill Country has a way of slowing things down, and that house was built for exactly the kind of trip you described. Beverly, that hot tub and fireplace combination is hard to beat, especially paired with being steps from everything Fredericksburg has to offer. Glad the king bed and walk-in shower hit the mark too. When you come back, try planning around a weekend on the patio with a bottle from one of the nearby wineries. It turns a great stay into a really memorable one. We will have the place ready for you!

Our group of 4 ladies had a perfect Moms-Weekend-Out in Fredericksburg during our stay at Courtyards on San Antonio. We had both the Gracie and the Lily units, which gave more than enough space for us all. While we spent ample time touring Main Street (shopping, wine, & good eats, oh my!), we really enjoyed just relaxing together at the house, too. Beds & sofas were comfy, everything was clean & in working order, and the hot tub was so very good after a day of hiking Enchanted Rock. I can't wait to come back again and Courtyards on San Antonio will be my regular lodging while in F'burg. While in town, I recommend wearing your most comfortable cute shoes and exploring Main Street on foot. The cottage is just a couple of blocks away from everything - no need to drive! Our favorites included tasting locally grown wines at Pontotoc Vineyard’s Weingarten, souvenir shopping at Barefoot, Sunday brunch at Vaudville, steaks at Crossroads, and sharing a flight of craft spirits at the Elk Store.

Shannon, four ladies, Gracie and Lily side by side, a hot tub waiting after Enchanted Rock, and a Main Street worth every step of it. That is a Fredericksburg weekend done right. Knowing the beds and the hot tub held up after a full day of hiking means a lot to us, and your local picks, Pontotoc, Vaudville, Crossroads, the Elk Store, are genuinely the good ones. Next time you're back, ask about booking both units again in the fall when the Hill Country colors are at their best. We'll be glad to have you!
